Astounding new details surrounding the death of Pat Tillman clearly indicate that top brass decided to execute the former pro football star in cold blood to prevent him from returning home and becoming an anti-war icon.

These same criminals then engaged in a sophisticated conspiracy to create a phony "friendly fire" cover story.

Shocking new facts emerged about the case last night but were bizarrely underplayed by the Associated Press under nondescript headlines like 'New Details on Tillman's Death' - a complete disservice to the horrific implications that the new evidence carries.

Army medical examiners were suspicious about the close proximity of the three bullet holes in Pat Tillman's forehead and tried without success to get authorities to investigate whether the former NFL player's death amounted to a crime, according to documents obtained by The Associated Press.

"The medical evidence did not match up with the, with the scenario as described," a doctor who examined Tillman's body after he was killed on the battlefield in Afghanistan in 2004 told investigators.

The doctors - whose names were blacked out - said that the bullet holes were so close together that it appeared the Army Ranger was cut down by an M-16 fired from a mere 10 yards or so away.

The report also states that "No evidence at all of enemy fire was found at the scene - no one was hit by enemy fire, nor was any government equipment struck."

The article also reveals that "Army attorneys sent each other congratulatory e-mails for keeping criminal investigators at bay as the Army conducted an internal friendly-fire investigation that resulted in administrative, or non-criminal, punishments."

So there was no evidence whatsoever of friendly fire, but the ballistics data clearly indicated that the three head shots had been fired from just 10 yards away and then the Army tried to concoct a hoax friendly fire story and sent gloating back-slapping e mails congratulating each other on their success while preventing the doctors from exploring the possibility of murder. How can any sane and rational individual weigh this evidence and not come to the conclusion that Tillman was deliberately gunned down in cold blood?

The evidence points directly to it and the motivation is clear - Tillman abandoned a lucrative career in pro-football immediately after 9/11 because he felt a rampaging patriotic urge to defend his country, and became a poster child for the war on terror as a result. But when he discovered that the invasion of Iraq was based on a mountain of lies and deceit and had nothing to do with defending America, he became infuriated and was ready to return home to become an anti-war hero.

As far back as March 2003, immediately after the invasion, Tillman famously told his comrade Spc. Russell Baer, "You know, this war is so fucking illegal," and urged his entire platoon to vote against Bush in the 2004 election. Far from the gung-ho gruff stereotype attributed to him, Tillman was actually a fiercely intellectual man with the courage of his convictions firmly in place.

Tillman had even begun to arrange meetings with anti-war icons like Noam Chomsky upon his return to America before his death cut short any aspirations of becoming a focal point for anti-war sentiment.

According to Daily Kos, Wesley Clark appeared on Keith Olbermann's Countdown last night and stated that "the orders came from the very top" to murder Tillman as he was a political symbol and his opposition to the war in Iraq would have rallied the population around supporting immediate withdrawal.

The notion that the U.S. government gave orders for Army top brass to execute Pat Tillman in cold blood is the most damaging indictment of the Iraq war since it began, trumping the lies about weapons of mass destruction tenfold, but if the establishment media continue to soft-peddle and steam-valve one of the biggest stories of the century its impact will be completely diluted.

It is up to us to make this story go viral because the implications are so dire that they could act as the final death knell for the blood-soaked and illegal occupation of Iraq and become the clarion call to bring our troops home.

Matt Lepacek, the reporter who was kicked out of the CNN press room and arrested after asking Rudy Giuliani's staff a question, has now been released on bail. Criminal indictments are now being pursued against the police involved as well as Giuliani's staffers for their flagrant abuse of the First Amendment, assault and wrongful arrest.

In addition to the details that were already outlined in our previous article, fellow We Are Change member Luke Rudkowski also related how he was just silently filming the fracas when Giuliani staffers, and in particular one unidentified female, started hitting and attempting to steal his camera, before Lepacek and Rudkowski were pointed out by the staffers and five to seven police arrived to grab them and throw them out of the building.

The female staffer was witnessed to be instrumental in alerting the police to the "crime" of Lepacek asking a question that the Giuliani camp weren't comfortable with.

Rudkowski was assaulted and questioned on who he was working for despite the fact that he hadn't even asked a question and was standing separately from Lepacek.

Lepacek was told that other eyewitnesses saw police stamp on one of the cameras as it lay on the floor.

Another eyewitness said that the entire arrest was clearly being directed by Secret Service, who were ordering the police to threaten anyone who asked questions about the incident with arrest.

Lepacek was later released on $400 bail but faces charges of criminal trespassing even though he had obtained a CNN press pass well in advance and the debate was a public event. State police have refused to hand back electronic equipment that they seized from the group.

CNN staff attempted to dissuade police from arresting Lepacek as he was led out into the parking lot but were ignored.

Presidential candidate Ron Paul was informed about what had occurred and stated words to the effect that while we are supposed to be spreading freedom and democracy abroad, we couldn't even handle it in New Hampshire.

We are now being inundated by media requests and expect this controversy to receive attention on the major news networks and newspapers over the coming days.

The fact that the Giuliani camp views it as legitimate to have members of the media intimidated, assaulted and arrested for asking a question should be a wake up call for the kind of America Giuliani would oversee as a future President and this incident should contribute to derailing his entire campaign.

The actions of the New Hampshire State Police were completely unconstitutional and we are now pursuing criminal indictments against the police involved as well as the Giuliani staffers that assaulted the group and their property, and demanding that any charges against Matt Lepacek be dropped immediately.

This represents a flagrant abuse of the First Amendment, clear wrongful arrest and an act of official oppression.

On the topic about an inevitable conflict with Iran:

Speaking as a Canadian who is fond of judicious language, I feel that this situation deserves careful and measured thought. So let me just open with:

Is your entire f*cking country on crack??? Are all you Americans out of your cotton picking minds??? Are you completely freaking delusional? Homicidal? Psychotic? Have you lost any shred of a moral compass? WHAT IN THE NAME OF JESUS H. CHRIST ON A CRUTCH IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!!!

Let me offer up one small datum which may completely change the equation for you: According to the CIA (If they have any credibility left.) Iran is at least five years away from a nuclear weapon.

Five years.

Five years is time for diplomacy to accomplish a hell of a lot.

I would also point out that the Atomic Energy Commission, various other international bodies and other inspections have essentially found no sign that Iran is even working on a nuclear weapon.

The only actual evidence that Iran has anything close to nuclear weapons technology is blueprints *that the CIA gave to them!*

Have you all forgotten that the evidence on Iraq was spectacularly wrong? Have you all ignored the fact that it was fabricated? Why then are we going down the exact same road of stage managed, fabricated pseudo-evidence and wild-ass hysteria?

What is wrong with you people?

This entire crisis has been manufactured, and has been years in the making.

Stop and think back five years. What did we have five years ago? A moderate reformist Iranian government making overtures to the United States, rebuilding its relationship with Europe, liberalizing its society, and modernizing its economy.

9/11 comes along, the Iranians are overflowing with sympathy. Mass candlelit vigils are held in Tehran. Iran offers aid and cooperation.

Iran hates the Taliban who have executed Iranian diplomats and massacred Afghan Shiites. Iran hates Saddam Hussein. Iran hates Al Qaeda which is a Sunni Fundamentalist organization which declares Shiites infidels and subhuman.

Iran shares its intelligence with America - they even arrested Taliban members and handed them over to US custody.

So we've got the Iranian spring; things are finally going to sort out.

And what happens? The Bush administration rebuffs every Iranian overture and does its best to instigate a cold war. Afghanistan is invaded, and suddenly, the Iranians are looking at American troops and allies on their eastern border. Then Iraq is invaded, and American troops and allies on their western border. Then bases and treaties in Uzbekistan, and whoops, there's more American troops and allies on the northern border. The Persian Gulf is filled with American warships and carrier fleets.

Now the Iranians are surrounded. And the tough talk is constant. Iran is part of the 'Axis of Evil' and Americans tell each other "Baghdad, humph, real men go to Tehran." Essentially, America has been threatening military action against Iran for the last five years, and has surrounded the country on every side with troops, bases and allies.

American aircraft invade Iranian airspace regularly, American special forces undertake operations inside Iran and Americans regularly accuse Iranians of interference in Iraq.

Dick Cheney pontificates about Israel bombing Iran *after he has just handed over to Israel the long range bombers and bunker busting bombs* required to do the job.

Meanwhile, the United States undertakes economic warfare against Iran, interfering with its business dealings with third party countries, trying to scuttle a pipeline deal with India, and it goes on and on. The hysteria about the Iranians nuclear program is just more of the same.

Now how in God's Bloody Name do you think the Iranians are going to respond to that. Should they concede the nuclear program, abandon their pipeline project? If so, its not going to do them any good. America will just seek more concessions. Each surrender will be met by new demands. This isn't hard to figure out. It's exactly what Bush did with Iraq.

Perhaps overtures, good will gestures, trying to act like a peaceful nation. Did all those things, doesn't matter. The Bush administration is still on a collision course.

So, the Mullahs are concerned that they're faced with a homicidal crazy state, the Iranian people are scared. When people are scared and faced with an aggressive warmongering power which keeps threatening to attack them, continually trespasses on its borders and is undertaking economic warfare... who the hell are they going to elect? Ahminajad may be a crazy bastard, but you assholes, you utter assholes did every thing you could to elect him short of donating 50,000 Diebold machines and mailing his party the trapdoor codes.

So, having pursued a psychotically aggressive course, you've backed Iran into a corner, and engineered a regime which refuses to back further.

And *you* are the victims in all this? *You* are the ones under threat? It's *self defense*????

And of course, you goofily believe that you can just bomb or nuke Iran with impunity?

Holy Microeconomic Theory Batman! Iran's nuclear facilities are distributed across the country and in hardened sites near population centers. So any strike that cripples a significant portion of Iran's nuclear capacity will inevitably be so large and kill so many people that its going to be tantamount to inviting full scale war.

Think about that. Iran is 70 million people, an area five times the size of Iraq, not disemboweled by 12 years of sanctions and air raids. On the other side of the coin, America's ground army is busted and tied down in Iraq. There's no troops to throw at a major Iranian military force, so you have to hope that bombing will do the trick. The occupation forces in Iraq are in occupation and not territorial defense mode. And Iraq is 65% Shiites who are probably not going to be happy that you're blowing up their brother Shiites. Meanwhile, the Strait of Hormuz is so narrow that sinking one supertanker will block it indefinitely, and Iran borders the straight on three sides. Block Hormuz and any naval groups inside the Persian Gulf are trapped there. Any naval groups outside the Persian Gulf are trapped outside. Forget about any oil coming out of the Persian Gulf from Iraq, Kuwait, Quatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia or the UAE. Think about what

In short its so appallingly stupid and colossally risky, that I can see why your idiots in charge might consider using nuclear weapons. But throw a few nukes around and see how the rest of the world reacts? Every dirt-wad country is going to be mortgaging the Presidential palace to get its own nuclear deterrent from Pakistan or North Korea. How do you feel about the Indonesian Bomb, the Malaysian Bomb, the Thai Bomb, the Myanmar Bomb, the Algerian Bomb, the Saudi Bomb, the Egyptian Bomb, the Brazilian Bomb, the Argentine Bomb, the Venezuelan Bomb, the Cuban Bomb, the Japanese Bomb, the Canadian frigging Bomb. You are no longer trustworthy. North Korea, always borderline psychotic is going to be mondo difficult to deal with. You've just guaranteed yourself a full fledged nuclear arms race, balls to the wall with both Russia and China, and quite possibly Europe.

And of course there's no guarantee that the rest of the world will allow this. Do you want an armed standoff with the Russians. Suppose they 'loan' their finest interceptor jets, pilots and radar systems to the Iranians... Do you want to meet *that* on a bombing raid? And if you do meet *that* what are you going to do when half your planes are blasted out of the skies conducting an illegal raid on civilian populations in a foreign country? Cry? Send a harsh note?

Launch a first strike?

What happens if the Chinese decide to hold Taiwan and South Korea hostage? What do you do? Back off Iran or sell out East Asia?

Hell, in that kind of standoff, someone sneezes and its not going to matter who launched a first strike.

Or would you like an economic standoff, say with Europe, or with Japan and China. Suppose that the Europeans or Chinese decide "screw the worldwide depression, you assholes are just too dangerous to have around." Trillions of dollars get dumped on the market, loans get called in, the bottom drops out of your dollar, its thousand per cent inflation and no manufacturing base and your own trade embargoes. So much for America.

I mean, its morally wrong, its stupid on every level. And yet here you are discussing why maybe you should get out in front of the Republicans on this, or planning your surrender to Bush. Why are you even discussing this?

Post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury have emerged as two signature injuries of the Iraq war, and the nation's mental-health system will be grappling with needs of returning veterans and their families for years to come.

• Symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder include flashbacks, hyper-vigilance, sleeplessness and depression.

A 2004 New England Journal of Medicine study concluded that from 15 to 17 percent of soldiers returning from Iraq are at risk of the disorder. A recent study by California researchers of Department of Veterans Affairs records found that 25 percent of Afghanistan and Iraq veterans received diagnoses for post-traumatic stress disorder or other mental-health problems.

• Traumatic brain injury includes severe mental impairments from penetrating wounds to the head.

Doctors are documenting much more widespread, milder symptoms of headaches, memory loss, irritability and balance problems from exposure to blasts. In a 22-month study of 13,440 Fort Carson, Colo., soldiers returning from the Middle East, 18 percent suffered from at least a mild form of traumatic brain injury.

Also, several people in the comment section mentioned that “white supremacist” and “neo-Nazi” sites have taken up the Christian-Newsom murder case as a cause. What that has to do with the main focus of this post — the media blackout and feminist non-outrage — is a mystery to me.

In a free society, unpopular speech is protected. That’s why we have something called the First Amendment. That some people are using this case to further their nefarious goals, whatever they may be, is called life. Deal with it. People of all colors do things to manipulate and influence — for positive and negative reasons.

That so-called white supremacists may use this post or the Christian-Newsom case to bolster their movement or whatever won’t stop me from calling things as I see them. It’s the risk we take in a country that allows freedom of speech. Well, it’s a risk I take.

I’ve been dragging my feet on this one, but it’s time to step up.

Early this year, a white couple was carjacked, tortured, raped, and murdered by a group of black thugs. Christopher Newsom (23) was gang-raped, shot and set on fire. There are unconfirmed reports that the killers cut off his penis while he was still alive. The going-to-straight-to-hell murderers made Channon Christian (21) watch, and then they gang-raped her over four days and left her to die. There are unconfirmed reports that her breasts were cut off while she was still alive. (Also see this story and the Wikipedia entry)

I’ve been getting e-mail about this case since it happened, but I’ve been hesitant to blog about it. Flopping Aces published a big post about the case last night, which probably accounts for why I received a few more Christian-Newsom e-mails this morning. Here goes!

I’ve noticed that mainstream media are reluctant to report this story, especially when it first happened. In light of the blanket coverage the Duke “rape” case received, the paucity of coverage in this case seems a bit unbalanced. I mean, isn’t the brutal, black-on-white gang-rape, mutilation, and murder of two people more than or at least as newsworthy as a white-on-black gang-rape (which obviously was phony)? Even if the stripper’s allegations had been true, why was the Duke case burning up the airwaves while the Christian-Newsom case barely emits a spark?

What’s up with the lack of blanket media coverage? I’m not talking about a story here or there with case updates. The media should be swarming around this story. What happened to Christian and Newsom should be all over the airwaves and printing presses.

What’s up with the stunning silence of feminist types and hate-crime proponents? Forget Newsom. He was a white male. But what about Christian? Where are the pot-bangers and wanna-be castrators?

Have so-called black leaders said anything about what those thugs did? They have so much to say about everything else.

Every time someone starts telling the truth about black crime, someone else comes out of the woodwork to remind everyone that a “few” black criminals don’t define the black community. From my perspective, it’s difficult to argue that point with a straight face. Of course, the murderous deeds and thuggish ways of black criminals shouldn’t define all blacks. But if you try to pretend that it’s not a serious problem that blacks commit a disproportionate share of crimes — an incontrovertible fact — or that the lack of blanket media coverage and outrage has nothing to do with race, you’re being willfully blind and foolish.

As I see it, black crime is so commonplace that it’s just not interesting to white liberal journalists, especially black-on-white crime. And white liberal feminists are more outraged when white men use a so-called sexist term than they are with black-on-white rape statistics. I have yet to hear a feminist condemn what was done to Christian.

I’m disgusted by the whole incident, which is why I haven’t blogged about it. But I’m publishing this post and opening comments for people who want to discuss it. Be civil.

Update: Remember the international outrage over the beating and murder of a homosexual named Matthew Shepard? There was a TV movie and everything! I doubt Hollywood will touch the Christian-Newsom case.

Update II: Glenn Reynolds writes: “My earlier comment on the [Christian-Newsom] case has had me excoriated by some white-supremacist sites for covering up a hate crime…Well, to be a hate crime, the motivation has to be hate. I haven’t seen any evidence of that so far. It’s certainly true, of course — as LaShawn notes — that if the races were reversed the press would be all over this case and lots of people would be confidently pronouncing it a hate crime without any evidence other than the races of the perpretrators and victims, but since it’s black-on-white crime they’re making less noise. That’s the press.”

That’s the problem with “hate crimes.” All crimes are motivated by hate, but crimes committed by a perpetrator who utters a slur are considered worse than other crimes. What difference does it make if a thug is motivated by hatred of blacks or hatred of rich people?

In order for “hate crime” charges to be added to the Christian-Newsom case, somebody had to have used a racial slur, and a witness would have to come forward. In my opinion, it doesn’t matter who said what in the Christian-Newsom case or any other. Hate crime laws are redundant, not to mention nonsensical.

I call hate crime laws by their proper name: thought crime laws. They were devised to penalize certain people for thinking nasty thoughts about certain “protected” groups of people.

I think he is right. I - we, that is - don't have much time left before the final crackdown comes. You know - the ultimate American police state. And, yes, it can get much worse. You have no idea.

Thus far, we have been complaining about the procedures, laws and bureaucracies being set into place. Just wait until they start to use them.

What's It All About?

Come on, it is obvious to even the most comatose couch potato that all this superstructure has nothing to do with deterring terrorism from abroad. It is about controlling us, of course. You and me.

What? Is that laughter I hear? Why us? Well, then, why are they doing what they are doing, then? Why must we get clearance from Homeland Security before we are allowed cross the border out of our own country, despite having valid passports? For that matter, why must we show a passport to leave for any reason in the first place? And why must we endure the indignity of those ridiculous searches before boarding airplanes?

Why are all the home-town police forces becoming militarized? I remember when the police were our friends. The town cop where I grew up actually helped me learn to ride my bicycle. Try to imagine that happening today. Consider how the attitude of cops has changed just in your own lifetime.

Why is the drumbeat to outlaw private ownership of guns growing ever louder despite overwhelming proof that violent crime erupts wherever guns are outlawed?

Why are our National Guard units, once exclusively reserved for domestic assistance, now all overseas with all their equipment? Who will help us when we most need help?

Why is America's border held open? Why are border guards imprisoned for catching illegals ferrying drugs into America? Why are those morons in Congress about to enact yet another amnesty for all the illegals now in the country? Incidentally, why doesn't "undocumented guest worker" as a euphemism for the criminals now crowding us out of our own health-care and welfare systems sound as ridiculous as does, say, "unlicensed pharmacist," when applied to a drug dealer?

They Say Poacher - I Say Patriot

Why are they now burying metal detectors in our national parks and forests? They claim that their fancy new satellite-uplink metal detection system, similar to those in use at airports, is designed to catch poachers. Poachers! Yeah, right - now there's a threat that deserves a high-tech solution.

Here's what the article at the above link says about the system: "A poacher carrying a machete or a rifle will trip the detector, which will send a radio signal to a nearby Internet gateway and then to the Internet via satellite. With real-time data, park rangers have a better shot at intercepting illegal hunting."

I'll give you long odds that this program has nothing whatsoever to do with poachers. Think far more conspiratorially, NWO-wise.

Damn - I'd like a setup like this around my place.

Truly, when they are emplacing things like this, you know that they have to be very near ready to enact the clampdown for good.

Poachers are no significant problem anywhere in Amerikwa. Dissidents, however, now that is a different story altogether. And why would dissidents be trekking through the woods carrying long pieces of metal? Have you ever seen the movie "Red Dawn?"

Leave Now...

Increasingly, Americans are pulling up stakes and moving overseas. I've considered it myself, long and hard. If I had moved when the need first became apparent to me, my family now would be safely ensconced someplace like western Argentina or, perhaps, the northern lake country of Italy, within a stone's throw of the Swiss border.

Against my better judgment, I allowed protests from my wife and children to overwhelm my natural instinct to keep them safe. Yes, there still is time, but not much, just as pointed out by my Russian-American friend. But, like you, they don't see the real danger even yet. Things still look so ... normal, after all.

Call it rationalization and acceptance, if you like, but I have decided to stay put. Call it a weakness.

The Real Contract with America

I was born into mid-1940s America. I grew up during the Fifties and the Sixties. America made a contract with me when it educated me and socialized me into its ranks.

More than once, I have sworn an oath to protect America from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Unlike virtually all American officials today, I served in uniform for nearly four years during the Viet Nam era. I lost many friends to that pointless American aggression, among them my best friend and college roommate, Tom Foster, about whom I now write for the first time.

Tom appears with his girlfriend Chris in the photo at the left. I took this in late 1967, one of only two I have of Tom, who died less than two years later in the fetid jungles of South Viet Nam ... for America. For nothing, as it turned out. Just as America's sons and daughters now die for nothing in Middle-Eastern hellholes. For nothing.

Nothing about Viet Nam was worth Tom's life, who was one of the most remarkable, affable and truly worthy individuals I ever have been privileged to know. And I knew Tom well. Twice I have visited the official memorial to the Americans who died in Viet Nam and viewed Tom's name on its wall. Twice I have cried for him. Tears well up now, as I recall my memory of Tom and the remarkable life he would have led, a life cut short by politicians just like those now deciding our children's fate. And then I begin, all over again, to get angry.

Just because America now is being forced, at gunpoint, to renege on its promises to me does not release it from its obligations. Under traditional contract law, when one party breaches, the other has the option to rescind the contract. Else, one can sue for what is called "specific performance" of the contract. Note well the word "option."

In contract law terms, I hereby elect to sue America for specific performance. You don't get out of it that easily, America. You owe me. And I owe you, too. Other than vote against the establishment for forty years, do a little pointless precinct walking for hopeless candidates, handle a few pro bono legal cases for the doomed and the damned and speak out as I have for years, just what have I done to prevent you from being taken hostage by the morons, incompetents and criminals now running things?

Hell, No - I Won't Go

This happened on my watch. I have a duty to help fix things when, finally, the rest of America catches up and sees the view from my vantage point.

So - send me a postcard if you choose to leave. I do understand and never will blame you for leaving a sinking ship. I'll just stay behind and help rearrange the deck chairs for now. But ... Hell, no - I won't go!

I have work to do and I'm just getting warmed up.

It's too early to shoot the bastards, but I certainly advocate being ready to shoot back, just as our forefathers shot back near the Lexington Bridge, more than two hundred years ago. Though they already are imprisoning and killing us simply for being dissidents, we cannot shoot back until they start openly killing us in the streets.

Impeach House Speaker Pelosi

We have work to do. We should start by impeaching House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Why Pelosi when there are so many from whom to pick? Because she is a symbol for all those creeps we replaced after last year's mid-term elections. Turns out, we just got all-new creeps. This is where I get to say, "I told you so."

But these all-new creeps are even worse because the only mandate they possibly could claim was to change things! And they haven't. In fact, they have made things even worse, if you can believe it.

After all, this is how our system is supposed to work: we elect representatives and they do our bidding. This is supposed to prevent the need for violent, revolutionary change.

We said, loud and clear: We want our government changed. We want our sons and daughters back home, out of harm's way in that stupid "War on Terror" in the Middle East. War on Terror - what a joke! The only terrorists, it turns out, are American.

Before Bush, I thought Republicans were almost as bad as Democrats. For five years, I then believed that Democrats were almost as bad as Republicans. Now, once again, Pelosi has shown me the light: Republicans are almost as bad as Democrats.

When Thoughts are Outlawed, Only Outlaws will have Thoughts

Consider carefully the following, which I fashioned from a popular anti-gun law slogan: When Thoughts are Outlawed, Only Outlaws will have Thoughts.

Our all-new creeps on the left side of Congress just passed the newest version of the recurring Kennedy Hate-Thought-Crime bill. Frankly, I forget who sponsored it this time and I am ignoring the ridiculous name they gave it in this incarnation.

Now the even-more-Jewish-than-ever-controlled Senate (I refuse to call them the right side of Congress, because they represent the very antithesis of both meanings of the word "right") has vowed to pass this thought-crime bill and render it unto Caesar ... er ... Bush, who has promised to veto it, thereby underscoring my new-found belief that Republicans are only almost as bad as Democrats. Yet another act of treason from Speaker Pelosi.

Come Think with Me

Come think with me, fellow outlaws. I know that is what you are because every American now has become an outlaw. It no longer is possible to go through a single day without breaking too many laws to count.

The proof that 9-11 was home-grown now is conclusive, which means that our troops should be marching on Washington, DC.

Our all-new creeps have had a year and all that has happened is that things have gotten much, much worse. More American deaths. More record deficits of every sort. More criminals given the red carpet treatment. More out-of-control Bush/Cheney/Chertoff/Gonzalez, the unholy four Riders of the Apocalypse.

And less freedom for you and me, of course.

Our all-new creeps could have ended the war somewhat gracefully long before now. At any time! In fact, what they have done is to vote more and more money to fund the war! The recent gargantuan military funding bill is a great example. Did the Democrat-controlled congress vote it down? No, they approved it, though the only sure way to stop a war is to cut off its funding.

They Simply Could Have Talked this War to Death

Democrats' claiming that they could not have gotten the votes to surmount a Bush veto of the military funding bill is both a lie and a subterfuge. They didn't even need to vote it down. All the Democrats had to do was to start a filibuster and prevent it ever coming up for a vote. That's it. Talk it to death. But they wouldn't even do the one thing they know how to do!

Impeach Bush and Cheney? Sounds good to me. Problem is, then we get President Pelosi. And what she and her fellow all-new creeps have done is criminal beyond words. They were sent to fix things and, like the cop who drops his trousers upon finding a rape victim lying in the bushes, they actually have made things worse!

New America! An idea whose time has come.

Anna Lloyd and Jane Harvey could be any middle-class mothers strolling with their sons in their local park.

But behind their everyday appearance lies a story of a highly unconventional family - for they are lesbian partners, and Oliver and Charlie, aged two, are their twins.

While other boys might grow up kicking a football around with their daddy, this is something the twins, both the product of a course of IVF using an anonymous sperm donor, will never know.
Welcome to the world of the thoroughly modern family - and one that is about to become ever more common.

Thanks to a shake-up in the law announced yesterday, NHS fertility clinics may no longer have to consider a baby's need for a father (or mother), so a gay woman would have as much right as a woman in a heterosexual relationship to walk into an NHS clinic and request fertility treatment in a bid to have a baby.

It has also been proposed that the birth mother's female partner should be regarded as a legal parent.

Only a decade ago such a situation would have been unthinkable. Even today, it remains controversial and troubling for many.

Whatever the complex moral and social issues surrounding such conceptions, Anna, a 33-year-old radiographer, and her partner, Jane, 39, a medical lecturer, had no doubts that they were doing the right thing in bringing their sons into the world without a father.

Also, because their fertility treatment took place before March last year - at which time all sperm donors lost the right to anonymity - their sons will never even be able to trace the man they could legitimately call 'Daddy'.

"One day we will have to explain to our sons why we brought them into the world the way we did," admits Anna, who gave birth to the twins.
"We thought of asking a male friend to donate sperm, so that we would know who the father was, but he might have wanted to be involved in the baby's life.

"We didn't want this; we wanted to raise our children alone, without having to answer to the father.

"Yet we don't feel they will miss out. These days many children grow up without their dads if they come from broken homes. At least Oliver and Charlie have two parents in a stable relationship who love them dearly."

There is, of course, a world of difference between a child growing up with only occasional paternal contact after divorce and one who will never know his identity.

"While there will always be some people critical of what we have done, we feel there is nothing any dad could give our sons that we can't give them," says Anna, who the twins refer to as 'Mummy'. Her partner is known as 'Mummy Jane'.

"We are not man-haters - we have many male friends. But we can kick a football like anyone else, and we will cheer our sons on from the touchline as well as any father."

But does this doubling of roles - parenthood, rather than 'motherhood' and 'fatherhood', really work? What sort of future lies ahead for these little boys, who are so far - some would say blissfully - unaware of the way in which they were brought into the world?

Jane and Anna claim friends and family are thrilled for them and that no one "bats an eyelid" about their unusual family set-up.

Yet, Jane reveals that although the boys are only two, the couple regularly find themselves in awkward social situations, and they accept that there might be "issues" in the future.
"People who don't know me probably think I am their genetic mother when I pick them up from nursery, yet it was Anna who gave birth to them," Jane says.

And recently, at a child's birthday party, another mother who obviously thought Anna and Jane were simply friends with a son each was rather surprised when she discovered they were partners.

"We don't go into details with strangers," says Jane. "I might say: 'Oh, the children take after my partner,' but I won't mention it's a 'she'. And unlike a heterosexual couple, we are careful not to be touchy-feely when we're out because we know some people will be offended.

"I do worry about how the boys will be affected by having two mummies. I try not to think too much about the future because we will take on any problems as they crop up.

"But later on, as they grow older, we will have to be honest and face any obstacles that arise. After all, especially when the boys start school, they might feel different from their friends."

So, who will be the boys' role models? While no one can deny that the twins have a lovely family home, filled with toys and in a leafy road, their childhood will fly in the face of many experts who claim that boys, in particular, are better off raised with a man in the house.

Fathers, they say, are vital for young boys to respect and look to as good examples as they grow into men.

But the couple insist they are relieved they have sons, rather than daughters. Jane says: "We breathed a sigh of relief when we found they were boys. We both felt sons would be more straightforward than daughters - after all, then we would have had to cope with four women and eventually, four lots of PMT!"

Anna says: "The boys do have role models. Rough and tumble is provided by my father and brother, who they see weekly, plus four of their six godparents are men. One of the twins' first words was 'dadda'."

Both women say they had always wanted children, although Anna didn't realise she wouldn't have a conventional family until she went to university and met Jane, her course lecturer.

"I'd always dreamed of getting married and having a family. In my teens and early 20s I had a few boyfriends, but nothing serious," she says.
"After I finished my course in radiography, Jane and I stayed in touch, and then one evening we went out for a drink as friends and at the end of it I kissed her. It felt natural and I realised I was gay.

"My mum soon guessed Jane was more than just a friend. I was worried my family would be upset but they were fine about it."

Jane also realised in her 20s that she was gay, and although she'd always envisaged herself married with a family, she had a few lesbian relationships.
"I think my mother was shocked when she discovered I was gay and sad at the thought of not having grandchildren," she says. "Having two beautiful little grandsons is a pure joy for her and she absolutely adores them."

Within 18 months of meeting, the couple moved into their three-bedroom semi in Ipswich, Suffolk. But although they were happy together for ten years, they both felt something was missing.

"We longed for a baby," says Anna. "It was a natural instinct. While I knew I was never going to marry a man and have the life I used to dream of, I still wanted children."

The couple considered their options, finally deciding on sperm donation. They were determined that a man should play no role in their child's life.
"We were lucky we had our treatment before the rules changed, so our sperm donor will remain anonymous," says Anna.

"We felt it would be disruptive if the boys lived with us but had a father whose identity we knew and who wanted to be involved with the twins' lives."

The women scoured the internet for fertility clinics that were sympathetic to gay women wanting a baby.

"At the time, we had to go privately, since this was before the ruling that gay and single women would be eligible for this type of treatment on the NHS. Eventually, we found the London Women's Clinic in Harley Street."

However, it wasn't as straightforward as they hoped. Fertility tests revealed Anna would find it hard to become pregnant because she had blocked fallopian tubes.

Though Jane was older, it was decided that she should carry the child.

The process of selecting the qualities of their 'designer baby' was cold and clinical. Anna says: "We chose the hair and eye colour, build, blood group, religious beliefs and hobbies of our sperm donor. We selected one who was in a professional job with brown hair and grey-green eyes.

"The insemination took place and for two weeks we thought Jane was pregnant. We were devastated when it didn't work. It failed the second and third time too, and we became desperate. We really wondered if we would have this baby. Eventually, I said to Jane: 'Shall we have a go with me?'

"I needed IVF: my eggs would be removed, fertilised with the donor sperm and put back in my uterus. We'd already spent £3,500 on Jane's treatment and couldn't afford £5,000 for the IVF cycle.

"Fortunately, I was accepted on an egg-share programme, which meant that if I donated some of my eggs the costs would go down."

For ten days Anna took drugs to help her ovaries produce more eggs. They were then harvested and fertilised with the donor sperm, and five developed into viable embryos. Two were put back in Anna's uterus, while three were frozen.

"The following two weeks of waiting to see if the treatment had worked were agonising," admits Anna. "Finally, I couldn't wait any longer and we did our own pregnancy test at home. I remember screaming to Jane: 'I'm pregnant!' We were overjoyed."

The couple were even happier to discover at a routine scan at six weeks that they were expecting twins. "Friends and family were thrilled for us," insists Anna.

In April 2005, just three weeks before the babies were due, Anna gave birth naturally to Oliver, weighing 5lb 12oz, followed 16 minutes later by his brother Charlie, 5lb 8oz.

Jane admits that unlike the traditional father at the bedside, as a woman she was jealous that it was not her who carried their children.

"Yes, I was envious when Anna was pregnant," she says. "I'd longed to have a baby myself and was devastated each time the treatment didn't work.
"I worried that I might not bond with the twins. After all, they weren't biologically my children. However, as Anna's pregnancy progressed, I felt much closer to her. It was as if my own hormones kicked in and I almost felt pregnant myself.

"The boys were handed to me first in the delivery room and we both cried tears of sheer happiness. I only had to look at them to feel my maternal instincts start with a vengeance, and I immediately felt the bond between us - I saw them as my own sons as much as Anna's."

While Anna took maternity leave from her job, Jane was given 'parental' leave for the first two weeks after the birth.

Now, the couple view themselves like any other working mothers. Anna says: "We have a childminder and manage to do our jobs around the boys.

"We have a lovely circle of friends, many of whom are straight couples with children. We mow the lawn, do our best with DIY around the house and get on with all the household chores like any other couple.

"Thankfully, people are much more accepting these days, and because of the changes in the law, we feel that families such as ours will become much more common.

"When we're out, no one guesses we are a couple. Because the twins aren't identical, most people think Oliver is my son and Charlie is Jane's."
As for their sons, they insist that, ultimately, they won't miss out through not having a dad around.

"Most of our friends would probably say Jane is the more "masculine" partner. She may well be the one kicking the ball and building the Lego towers," says Anna.

"But so far, not having a man in the house has made no difference to the twins' behaviour. Both of them are boisterous and masculine."
Jane says: "We share the parenting equally. The boys often go to Anna as 'mummy' if they're ill or have fallen over, but we don't define ourselves by gender.

"We're a partnership, and we both feel motherly and fatherly. We both bring different qualities to the family."

Because she is not a genetic parent, Jane is not legally deemed to have any responsibility for the boys (although this might change if the new Bill is passed).

"We have to take out a joint residency order to give Jane equal parental rights over the boys," says Anna. "If anything happened to me, they wouldn't automatically be able to stay with her."
The couple are now considering having another child. The frozen embryos could, theoretically, be put back into Jane or Anna's uterus.
The couple also have the donor's sperm frozen, so Jane could again try for a baby using her eggs, making the baby genetically hers and a half-sibling to the twins.

"I would still like to experience pregnancy," says Jane. "But as it was so successful with Anna, it might be better if she has IVF again. We are most likely to use the three frozen embryos because they are the twins' real brothers or sisters."
Meanwhile, thanks to another change in the law, they are also planning to marry in a civil ceremony.

Certainly, Anna and Jane have no doubts about the path they have chosen. Quite what Oliver and Charlie will make of it all, when they are old enough to understand what it means to have two mummies but no daddy, remains to be seen.

Lawsuit over Brokeback Mountain in class

The Associated Press

A girl and her grandparents have sued the Chicago Board of Education, alleging that a substitute teacher showed the R-rated film "Brokeback Mountain" in class.

The lawsuit claims that Jessica Turner, 12, suffered psychological distress after viewing the movie in her 8th grade class at Ashburn Community Elementary School last year.

The film, which won three Oscars, depicts two cowboys who conceal their homosexual affair.

Turner and her grandparents, Kenneth and LaVerne Richardson, are seeking around $500,000 in damages.

"It is very important to me that my children not be exposed to this," said Kenneth Richardson, Turner's guardian. "The teacher knew she was not supposed to do this."

According to the lawsuit filed Friday in Cook County Circuit Court, the video was shown without permission from the students' parents and guardians.
The lawsuit also names Ashburn Principal Jewel Diaz and a substitute teacher, referred to as "Ms. Buford."

The substitute asked a student to shut the classroom door at the West Side school, saying: "What happens in Ms. Buford's class stays in Ms. Buford's class," according to the lawsuit.

Richardson said his granddaughter was traumatized by the movie and had to undergo psychological treatment and counseling.

In 2005, Richardson complained to school administrators about reading material that he said included curse words.

"This was the last straw," he said. "I feel the lawsuit was necessary because of the warning I had already given them on the literature they were giving out to children to read. I told them it was against our faith."
Messages left over the weekend with CPS officials were not immediately returned.

A friend of mine recently shed his corporate handcuffs, sold everything he owns, and moved to a small island in the Caribbean. His parting words as he left were, "Man, I am so outta here!"

There are mornings when I wake up wondering how much more of this I can take. Between watching our burgeoning police state expand at an exponential rate, to having my oldest son getting his butt shot off in some Iraqi hellhole - it is tempting to think of packing this all in and hightailing off to some remote corner of the world.

However, as much as I would rather be lounging on some white sandy beach with my lovely wife, I feel compelled to stay here and fight this one out. This happened on our watch, and we cannot leave this mess for our kids to clean up.

The enormity of the challenge we face can seem overwhelming at times. An already difficult task has been made next to impossible with the sad revelation that instead of the praying Christian we thought we elected in 2000, our President has turned out to be a liar and a murderer, like his father the devil. That will probably sound a little (ok, a lot) harsh to some, but it is too late in the game to pussyfoot around the truth any longer, so I am just going to say it like it is.

If George Bush were the only one attempting to stampede our nation over a cliff, we'd have a chance of putting up some real opposition. But unfortunately, most of those who rule alongside him seem to share his diabolical death wish. Not a good sign.

The enemies of freedom have pulled off an amazing feat by convincing the American people that there are two opposing political parties – when in fact, we are living under one party rule. To hide that reality from the people, they keep us so busy chasing after the symptoms, (and our tails!) that few are even able to identify the disease that infects our nation - which is that a gang of bloodthirsty criminals have seized control of our government.

Fighting the symptoms without treating the disease will eventually kill the patient.

The Symptoms of a Dying Republic:

Since the beginning of the Republican Revolution of 1994, 15,000,000 American children have been murdered in the abortion holocaust, with the death toll increasing at the rate of 3,400 dead babies every single day - while "pro-life" Republicans never lifted a finger to stop it - phony partial birth abortion bans not withstanding. May God have mercy on us.
Lawlessness pervades from every level of our federal government, which is looking more like a criminal enterprise than anything even remotely resembling a legitimate government. Anyone attempting to resist the latest governmental whim will quickly find themselves confronted by a heavily armed, increasingly belligerent federal police force that has ballooned to nearly 100,000 strong.
As if thuggery at the federal level was not enough, the phony "war on drugs" and the "war on terror" have morphed our local police forces into paramilitary fighting units armed with; helicopters, armored vehicles, SWAT teams, snipers, machine guns, grenades, body armor, infrared detectors, command and control systems, and electronic surveillance, along with what is often a seriously bad attitude – all of which is made available as a force multiplier to the feds, without question, whenever they really want to knock some heads.
Illegal federal spending has skyrocketed across the board, with nearly 85 cents of every dollar stolen from us going to fund literally thousands of unconstitutional programs. As our wealth is drained away from us, our national debt continues to explode - to upwards of 60 trillion dollars when all the unfunded liabilities are added in. This spiraling debt is a time bomb just waiting to go off.
The staged attacks of nine eleven spawned the avalanche of lies that were used to justify our invasion of Iraq, a country that never threatened to harm us. As our military is being transformed (rather poorly) into an imperialist fighting force, deployed in 142 of the worlds 192 countries, we have left 160,000 of our finest soldiers stranded in a deadly quagmire - their only apparent mission is to avoid getting killed as the generals force them to wander aimlessly around a vast Iraqi shooting gallery.
Silly little slogans designed to pacify the weak-minded have replaced any real dialog with those who rule us. "We must support our troops" and "It is better to fight them over there rather than over here" are two of the classics. Many still cling to the notion that Iraq was involved in 9/11. Call it "mission accomplished" for a government education system that continues to churn out an annual crop of fearful, obedient servants.
The military industrial complex, aided by the 100,000 or so contractors and mercenaries they have in Iraq, is cashing in on the half a trillion dollars we have spent raining carnage down on the Iraqi people.
Another convenient outcome of nine eleven - for the enemies of freedom - is the major assault that is being aggressively waged against the Constitution, resulting in illegal wiretaps, email snooping, airport strip searches, along with a huge increase in federal spying into just about every facet of our lives. The NSA/CIA/FBI domestic spy ring is completely out of control, posing a far greater threat to our freedom than any wandering band of desert Bedouins could ever hope to.
The unprecedented increase in domestic spying - or more correctly, domestic treason - was accompanied by the loss of our right to habeas corpus - which means we can be arrested without being charged, and hauled off to a secret prison - possibly one located in a country that has even less aversion to torturing prisoners than we do. For anyone classified as an "enemy combatant," there is no right to counsel, and no right to a trial. Secret evidence and forced confessions may be used against those imprisoned. To that end, there are enough indecipherable new laws and restrictions such that any one of us could be caught up in the "Fatherland Security" net without ever knowing what we did wrong - which is exactly the intent.
Lies and propaganda pour out of nearly every talking head in Washington, which is spoon fed to us 24 hours a day by a compliant media - with shows like Fox "News" bearing a stronger resemblance to Pravda, the former Soviet Union's propaganda arm, than anything like real news reporting.
A private banking cartel, called The Federal Reserve, created nearly 5,000,000,000,000 (that's five trillion!) Federal Reserve Notes - out of thin air - since January 2000. This desperate attempt to prop up the failing American empire was in reality a five trillion dollar hidden tax. The counterfeiters got rich, while we got ripped off. Unbelievable.
After just a few months in power, the Democrats have already proven they are just as useless as the Republicans. (Like we ever had any doubt!) Our political system has degraded to such a sorry condition that we are left with the equivalent of two competing crime families running our government, each side vying for the right to grab a bigger slice of the plunder. As part of the scam, they masquerade as a two party political system. A Hillariod administration is looming just over the horizon.
Corporate robber barons often take home tens of millions a year in salary, while our government encourages them to move their family wage jobs to countries that will provide the equivalent of slave labor. The biggest losers in this cozy little deal are the American people, along with our manufacturing base, which has been left in ruins.
We continue to burn Middle Eastern oil at an unsustainable rate, ensuring that we will be bogged down there for decades to come. This, while Detroit is building cars that get fewer miles per gallon than a Model T got one hundred years ago. The solution? The federal government is handing out incentives to pull corn out of the food chain for use as an ethanol feedstock - which is produced at a net energy loss! Brilliant, just brilliant.
Exxon/Mobil, with $40 billion in profits last year, comes out the big winner in all this confusion - which is probably why they, and the rest of their corporate cohorts, continue to bribe nearly every congressman who skulks the halls of Congress.

This battle is no longer about defending our freedoms, it is about winning it back.
Anyone with even half a brain can see that a moral and economic tsunami is barreling toward our shores, yet God's people sit in their government incorporated, 501C bribed, Caesar worshipping churches - where conniving shepherds teach that Romans 13 commands them to bow down before, and swear allegiance to, the gang of violent criminals who have seized control of our government. Clearly, trying to serve two masters has been a disaster for those who claim to be followers of Christ.

I often wonder if it will be God's own people who will be the most enthusiastic supporters of the antichrist if he will only spout off enough godblessamericas.

While we were cowering beneath our covers, hiding from the Islamic bogymen they told us was lurking under every bed, we let our real enemies overrun our camp undetected - and they have completely trashed the place. Our freedoms and our way of life are just a false flag attack away from being completely annihilated.

The hour is late, very late. But if we are willing to repent before God for the sins of our nation - for the warfare and the murders - and regain the spirit of independence and self-sacrifice upon which this country was founded, there may still be time to pull this one out of the fire.

5. Money issuing power of the privately owned Federal Reserve Board explains the immense power of the few who constitute America's Ruling Elite

While the above four points may seem preposterous to those new to this subject, it must be understood that this Judeo-Masonic Ruling Elite tricked the US Congress into unconstitutionally delegating the all-important power to issue our nation's money to one of their private companies, the deceptively named Federal Reserve Board (found in your white pages under private companies, NOT in the government section). Once the Judeo-Masonic Ruling Elite could issue money in secret (the Fed has never been audited by Congress since 1913!) this crowd could begin to set up endless think tanks to plan scenarios, and fund tens of thousands of people and projects to advance their agenda. 6. The Reasonable Access Law is still a tool to break through Big Media Censorship and Suppression of News on major AM & FM radio stations, and on FCC licensed TV stations.

This law, and the surprisingly excellent supporting federal court decisions which upheld it in 1996, requires FEC licensed radio and TV stations to carry the ads of Federal Candidates (i.e., candidates for US Congress, US Senate, or President of the United States) without alteration or censorship of any kind -- and -- the stations must run the ads in the time blocks (i.e. noon to 3 PM) specified by the candidate (who is subject to the same rules the stations apply to business advertisers) -- and -- the stations must give the candidate the equivalent of the lowest price which they have charged a business in that calendar year. It would be good if a candidate in each major city in the USA would use this Reasonable Access Law to break the censorship of the Big Media on some issue, and to tell the people about item #7, the Precinct Strategy. 7. The Precinct Strategy is the only peaceful means left to take back the USA from the New World Order Ruling Elite

The Precinct Strategy is a simple strategy, eminently do-able. It is designed Everyday Americans, like you and me, with a time commitment of between 5 and 30 hours per year. The Precinct Meetings take place in each county -- in your county -- around February to May of the even years (i.e., May, 2008). It is at these countywide precinct organizational meetings that the parties in power (almost always the local Democrat and Republican parties) choose their local party leaders. These local party leaders determine (almost always) who are the candidates on the ballot in November, i.e., pick the candidate who will be elected to office in November. And then those elected go to city hall, to the state capital, or to Washington D.C. to make the laws. And those who make the laws largely determine your country's future. Back to the precinct system where it all begins: these local party leaders also determine how the votes will be counted in your county. So, in practical terms, the only way to put honest men and women on the ballot in your area in November, and to ensure an honest, public count of the ballots on election day -- it to use the precinct system to election honest party leaders in the local parties in your own county. (Third parties have their place even now to raise issues and educate the public, but until an honest vote count can be restored at the county level, third party candidates are effectively checkmated for the next 1000 years.) A good first step to take back the USA would be for thousands of Americans spanning most of the counties in the nation to at least find out where their county precinct meeting is for either the local Democratic or local Republican party, and then go to observe it in 2008. It would be better if each of us would get on the ballot for the precinct office in our local neighborhood (this usually takes about 5 signatures gathered from your neighbors). -- If we area elected at the spring primary, then we become a precinct executive in our party and go on to participate in the county precinct organizational meeting. (1/3rd of the precinct positions in the USA are vacant, so just getting on the ballot and voting for yourself often ensures victory). --- What the country and the world desperately needs -- is for hundreds of thousands of normal Americans to simply ATTEND one of the county organizational meetings (precinct meetings) in their own counties in February through June 2008. Call the party headquarters of one of the parties in power in your own county (invariably this will be limited to the Democratic and Republican parties). Ask them where the meeting is (it will usually be an a VFW hall or a local convention center) -- and attend it. You will be amazed that these are the virtually unknown meetings where the party leaders are elected who could restore an open and honest vote count to your county, and who could nominate honest and alert candidates for the November election. These even-year precinct organizational meetings (which are held shortly after the spring primary elections in your county) are where all normal people and all alert Americans must turn their attention, -- because how our votes are counted, and who gets to be on the November ballot for US Congress and local office -- are basically determined at these gatherings. Expect opposition from almost all the well-known groups, which groups are by 2006 basically obedient arms of either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party -- both of which parties are now controlled by the same Judeo-Masonic Ruling Elite at the top, and those who have been installed into positions of influence in most local areas are the operatives of the national Judeo-Masonic Ruling Elite. That's why we need normal Americans at the county level to replace the agents of the evil Ruling Elite with people of conscience -- who will restore and protect true freedom under God. YOU SUPPORT JEWS? WHICH ONES?

Every wise and divinely inspired person in the Bible urges us to support righteous people and oppose those who do evil. “Love must be sincere,” writes Paul. “Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.” (Rom. 12:9)

Yet much of the evangelical church fails to apply this simple moral law to the state of Israel. Most evangelical Christians blindly insist we must “bless” Israel with unconditional support regardless of what she does. We are taught to ignore her injustice, her rejection and defamation of Christ, and her supremacist religious aims. Why is Israel an exception to the rule of approving those who do what is right? Evangelicals falsely believe God has an unconditional covenant of blessing upon Jews—a covenant that is unaffected by Jews’ disobedience and rebellion.

But God’s promise of blessing to Jews—including the right to occupy Palestine—is conditioned on obedient faith, the kind given by Abraham, Moses and Joshua. Someday, out of respect for all the great Hebrew saints and prophets who labored for righteousness in Israel, Christ will redeem a remnant of repentant Jews at His second coming. They will satisfy God not because of their ancestral blood but because of the same obedient trust we all must give our holy Creator. Until then, God remains angry with unrepentive Jewry as they persevere in unbelief, their leaders persecuting Christianity in Israel and also in the West.

In addition to theological error, evangelicals are deceived by lying images and decades of propaganda. It is pleasant to believe that the Gush Katif settlers have made the desert blossom as a rose but horrible to believe that they have smashed children’s bones and stolen land God never wanted them to take. It is horrible to believe we share the guilt for what Israel has done, does, and will do—because we armed her, we supported her, and we are still fighting her wars. It is horrible to realize the truth of Gideon Levy’s recent words, “Israel does not want peace… The world has been turned upside down and it is Israel that stands at the forefront of refusal.” (Haaretz, April 2007)

If you want to support Jews, why not those with the moral discernment to see the truth of Levy’s words? Why not support those like Mordecai Vanunu who share your faith in Jesus and have suffered terribly at the hands of the Jewish state? Vanunu is a heroic Israeli Jew who converted to Christianity and spent 18 years in prison (11½ and a half of them in solitary confinement) for exposing Israel’s nuclear weapons program in 1985. Vanunu told American Free Press he was tortured in prison; recent reports show that inhumane and humiliating torture of prisoners continues to be “routine” in Israel. Vanunu says he received worse treatment than Jewish prisoners because of his Christianity; he says his captors tried to “destroy” him. Vanunu wants to find freedom outside Israel; within her borders, he says, non-Jews are prisoners without freedom of movement or speech. His experience as a Christian at Israel’s hands speaks volumes about the real character of our great Mideast “democratic ally.”

Why not listen to Jews like Sara Roy, a religious Jew who mourns that her co-religionists now dwell in a “ghetto of our own making.” She writes, “Our pathology is this: it lies in our struggle to embrace a morality we no longer possess and in our need for persecution of a kind we can no longer claim but can only inflict.” With horror, Roy quotes the racist vengeance of Israel's largest selling newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth: "A village from which rockets are fired at Israel will simply be destroyed by fire. This decision should have been made and executed after the first Katyusha. But better late than never." Roy also quotes this distressing ruling from the Yesha Rabbinical Council: "[A]ccording to Jewish law, during a time of battle and war, there is no such term as 'innocents of the enemy'." (“A Jewish Plea,” April 7, 2007)

Can you dismiss this easily? Roy writes that “the Jewish community demands unity and conformity…There is enormous pressure -- indeed coercion -- within organized American Jewry to present an image of "wall to wall unity" as a local Jewish leader put it. But this unity is an illusion … mainstream Jewry does not speak for me or for many other Jews. And where such unity exists, it is hollow, built around fear, not humanity, on the need to understand reality as it has long been constructed for us --with the Jew as the righteous victim, the innocent incapable of harm.”

Why not listen to Jews like Norman Finkelstein, Israel Shamir, or the late Alfred Lilienthal, who all testify against the crushing injustice committed by Israel and blindly supported by the West? Why not listen to Neuterei Karta, who believe Zionism violates God’s law? If you think criticism of Israel or domestic Jewish activism is “anti-Semitic,” these are some reasons to change your mind. Listen to these voices. These are Jews. Their testimony offends the simplistic explanation that so appeals to evangelicals: “Support the state of Israel with money and moral justifications, and Jesus will come soon. Bless the state of Israel with support, and God will bless you.”

Today, most American Christians believe “blessing the Jews” means empowering Jewish leadership with financial, moral and political support. Who exactly are we empowering? The leadership in Israel is increasingly oppressive with its religious rulings; 12 of the 15 judges recently appointed to rabbinic courts were ultra-Orthodox, says Haaretz. God told the Hebrews, “You too must show love to foreigners, for you yourselves were once foreigners in the land of Egypt. You must fear the Lord your God and worship Him and cling to Him.” (Deut. 10:19,20) But Israeli rabbinic regulations create a whole class of “unmarriageables” in Israel who are forbidden from enjoying family life because of their status under religious law.

Israeli Irit Rosenblum, writing for Ynet, said that in the “dark state ruled by Jewish religious laws…We are still slaves to the rabbinic institutions that clashes against us from the day we are born to the day we die. It is they who dictate who is eligible to have children and who is not, who is entitled to allowances and who is not, and who will be sentenced to be buried outside of the Jewish cemetery fence.”

Empowering evil actions is a curse upon a soul. To our shame, the evangelical church is now more a source of cursing than of loving truth to Jews. A recent BBC poll revealed that Israel is the most negatively seen nation on the planet. In an article for Ynet News, Martin Sherman addressed Israel’s plummeting reputation in the eyes of the world. We could still retrieve our honor, he said hopefully, especially considering the evangelicals. There as many as 100 million evangelicals in the United States alone, and they remain “staunchly pro-Israel,” Sherman said.

It is a crime in the face of God that when a Jewish person considers who might help recover Israel’s reputation in the midst of her crimes and sins, he thinks of the Christian church! Instead of being a source of light, the evangelical church has backslid into the darkness of an unholy alliance with Israel. As long as we continue to empower her defiant rejection of Christ and oppression of the stranger, we too face judgment from God.

Christ said, "Things that cause people to sin are bound to come, but woe to that person through whom they come. It would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around his neck than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin. So watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.”

When we empower evil rabbis and religious Jews to enforce their false traditions while forbidding the gospel in Israel—when we assist American Zionists in their illegitimate reclaiming of God’s land while in disobedience—are we not guilty for the souls of innocent Israeli children raised in darkness, for Arab souls who reject Christ out of hatred for the West’s injustice? Do we not sin against Jewish leaders, further searing their consciences by acting as if God is pleased with their rabbinic traditions, their progressive activism, their supremacism and their false religious state? We sin also against our consciences and those of our children.

But most of all, we sin against Christ, whose words we disobey by not reproving our brother but being an accomplice to his sin. Think of Jesus’ tortured body on the cross, His precious body on fire with pain as He hung from nails piercing His hands, as each breath grew more impossible to draw. He died for our spiritual salvation; He died rebuking the rabbinic state that crucified Him.

Today I write against the Judaic/Zionist agenda because my own people have become responsible for its crimes; we can’t be silent. What business is it of mine if Israel sins or the cultural and legislative attack on Christians is primarily spearheaded by Jews? What business is it of mine? It is mine because the church’s responsibility is to bear witness to truth, to bear witness against evil, and because the church in America has become the opposite. We now empower evil, as the primary enabler of Israel and the most silent receptacle of domestic Jewish activism against Christ.

I write with a broken heart because these things should not be true. We bear responsibility. We have to speak against what is happening. When our nation is strapped with ADL-inspired “anti-hate” laws that may soon make evangelism a crime—when we are pouring billions into a Mideast whose violence continues because of Israel’s injustice—when anti-Christ lies continue to saturate the Jewish-dominated media and academia like an arterial wound spreading blood through a t-shirt—the only question is: How could I sleep at night if I did not speak?

A sperm donor who helped a lesbian couple conceive two children is liable for child support under a state appeals-court ruling that a legal expert believes might be the first of its kind.

A Superior Court panel last week ordered a Dauphin County judge to establish how much Carl L. Frampton Jr. would have to pay to the birth mother of an 8-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl.

"I’m unaware of any other state appellate court that has found that a child has, simultaneously, three adults who are financially obligated to the child’s support and are also entitled to visitation," said New York Law School professor Arthur S. Leonard, an expert on sexuality and the law.

But Frampton, 60, of Indiana, Pa., died suddenly of a stroke in March, leaving lawyers involved in the case with different theories about how his death may affect the precedent-setting case.

Jodilynn Jacob, 33, and Jennifer Lee Shultz-Jacob, 48, moved in together as a couple in 1996, and were granted a civil-union license in Vermont in 2002. In addition to conceiving the two children with the help of Frampton -- a longtime friend of Shultz-Jacob’s - Jacob also adopted her brother’s two older children, now 12 and 13.

But the women’s relationship fell apart, and Jacob and the children moved out of their Dillsburg home in February 2006.

Shortly afterward, a court awarded her about $1,000 a month in support from Shultz-Jacob. Shultz-Jacob later lost an effort to have the court force Frampton to contribute support - a decision that the Superior Court overturned April 30.

Jacob, who now lives in Harrisburg, said Frampton provided some financial support over the years and gradually took a greater interest in the children.

"Part of the decision came down because he was so involved with them," Jacob said Wednesday. "It wasn’t that he went to the (sperm) bank and that was it. They called him Papa."

The process was very informal - Jacob was inseminated at home.

Lori Andrews, a Chicago-Kent College of Law professor with expertise in reproductive technology, said as many as five people could claim some parental status toward a single child if its conception involved a surrogate mother, an egg donor and a sperm donor.

"The courts are beginning to find increased rights for all the parties involved," she said. "Most states have adoption laws that go dozens of pages, and we see very few laws with a comprehensive approach to reproductive technology."

In his written opinion requiring Frampton to help pay for the child’s support, Superior Court Judge John T.J. Kelly Jr. noted that Frampton spent thousands of dollars on the children, including purchases of toys and clothing.

"Such constant and attentive solicitude seems widely at variance with the support court’s characterization of (him) having ’played a minimal role in raising and supporting’ the children," Kelly said.

The children knew he was their biological father and attended his funeral, but Frampton opposed the effort to compel support from him.

"We made the argument that, according to Pennsylvania law as it stands, there can really only be two adult individuals that can be held liable for support in a child-custody case," said Frampton’s lawyer, Matthew Aaron Smith.

Shultz-Jacob’s lawyer, Heather Z. Reynosa, wants Frampton’s support obligation to be made retroactive to when Jacob first filed for support. Frampton’s Social Security survivor benefits may also help reduce Shultz-Jacob’s monthly obligation.

It’s unclear how the child-support guidelines, which assume two parents, will be adapted to account for three parents.

"That’s what’s going to be interesting, because there’s not a whole lot of guidance out there," Reynosa said.

The state Supreme Court is currently considering a similar case, in which a sperm donor wants to enforce a promise made by the mother that he would not have to be involved in the child’s life. That biological father was ordered to pay $1,520 in monthly support.

About two-thirds of states have adopted versions of the Uniform Parentage Act that can shield sperm donors from being forced to assume parenting responsibilities. Pennsylvania has no such law.

I've done nothing wrong. I don't intend to. But the government which you serve has passed too many laws, and I am sure to accidentally break one, some day. But I am armed, as Americans have been for over 250 years, and I am determined to keep the freedoms which only an armed people may retain. With a rifle, I can hit a man-sized target at 800 yards. At shorter distances, in the blink of an eye, I can hit a head-size target with a rifle or a handgun. I don't wear a uniform. I don't drive a marked car. I don't wear camouflage. I could be your own secretary, or your barber. I might be the guy who delivers your bottled water, or the parcel delivery lady. You don't know who I am, or what arms I have, and you never will. I am tens of millions. I am America.

But I know you. I know your uniform, your car, and your work schedule. I know where you work, and where you live. And that is good for you, because not only am I no threat to you, so long as you do the job for which you are hired, I am also prepared to assist you when you are threatened by real criminals. There aren't many of me left, you may think, but believe me, there are many, many more than you can imagine. When the chips are down, we are the ones who are truly on your side.

On your side, that is, so long as you honor your Oath. We are on your side if you are one of the majority of peace officers who are not corrupt and who have not sold out to the socialists and communists — freedom betrayers who will do anything, say anything to destroy the America our fathers and grandfathers bequeathed us.

No, I am no threat to you, but your bosses in government don't see it that way. They think that I, and my arms, are a threat to them, and they are planning to send you for me, just as they've sent armed, dangerous officers on select little missions for years,
taking out targeted individuals. On their orders, you may succeed in murdering me for my beliefs. Or you may not.

Whether or not you succeed in murdering me, as federal agents murdered Vicki Weaver and her young son in Idaho; or as those same federal agents murdered 81 men, women and children at Waco, Texas; there will be others who will rise up in my memory, as I now rise up in honor of the innocent lives taken by the jack-booted thugs and black-clad imitation ninjas who think it is fun to murder Americans — who have somehow become convinced that it is their job to murder Americans!

I am prepared to die, honoring my sacred Oath as an American, to defend and protect the Constitution of the united States of America. Are you prepared to die to violate the Oath you took?

You see, our government is out of control. It has rotted, from the top down. You know it. You've seen it. But you, like many others, have been too concerned with your job, your family, and your pension, to say or do anything about it. Deep down, you know I am
right. But you think you must follow orders. Or must you? Are you going to murder me for having the courage to stand up for the country and the principles in which you believe?

Are you going to go along with unconscionably illegal, unconstitutional orders, just as "good" German soldiers followed their orders? Are you going to be a peace officer or a jack-booted thug? There is little difference between a street outlaw who murders and robs; and a uniformed thug who murders and robs under color of law. The result is the same. Property confiscated, lives ruined, families ripped apart, murder committed, and a free nation destroyed. Look at history. Look around the world. As we move toward a lawless society, our country moves closer and closer to anarchy and then some form of fascism. Are you going to enforce unconstitutional laws? Are you going to be the private army of socio/fascist dictators who masquerade as democratic representatives?

Or are you going to do your part to recapture America? Are you going to keep your eyes and ears open? Will you quietly let me know when the jack-booted thugs in the SWAT teams have targeted me? Will you let your fellow officers know that they are being sold down the river by their corrupt masters?

Don't come to kill me. Because I don't want to kill you. If you do come, you may succeed — if you get lucky. But don't count on luck, because it will probably be hard — damned hard. Like millions of other Americans, I am the son or daughter of a nation of riflemen — citizen-soldiers who have a rich heritage of beating the best the enemy can send against us. We are resourceful. We cherish our homes and freedom. We understand weapons and tactics. You are foolish if you intend to be our enemy.

If you don't succeed, and in the long run, you won't, here's what you can expect: ambushes of SWAT teams, and the wholesale slaughter of all the jack-booted thugs who have murdered innocent Americans on the orders of their socialist masters; targeted assassinations and kidnappings of anti-Constitution judges, and assassinations of anti-American, anti-gun politicians.

By your willingness to be a good little Nazi, you will have unleashed a civil war — just what America's enemies want. It doesn't have to be that way. You can do something about it. It's easy. Read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Although you took an Oath to defend them, you don't learn much about them in your training, do you?

Today, these documents are considered dangerous by the government, just as King George found them dangerous over 200 years ago. Why do you suppose your leaders lead you to oppose the very rights you swore to protect? Why do they want a disarmed public? You know the reason. It has nothing to do with controlling crime. It has everything to do with using you to disarm, fine, control, and ultimately murder your American fellows — just like the brownshirts and the SS did to German citizens.

Don't fall for it. Don't force me to kill you.

NEW YORK – At a time when Americans throughout the country are frustrated by the failure of public schools to teach their children, Mexico is increasing its efforts to help struggling school systems deal with immigrant children who speak Spanish.

"We are grateful that the Mexican Consul and the Mexican government have taken such an interest in helping Denver Public Schools and its students," Jerry Wartgow, Superintendent of the Denver Public Schools, said when Mexico donated 30,000 Spanish-language textbooks for elementary students. "This donation is just one example of how we can work together to improve the lives of all children through education."

From San Diego to Orlando, from Chicago to Las Vegas, the Mexican government, through its 42 consulates throughout the United States, is accelerating its ambitious “foreign aid” program designed to deliver millions of Spanish-language textbooks to American schools this decade.

“This is more than an ‘outreach’ program,” notes Raquel Romero, director of Mesoamerica Foundation, a Mexican nonprofit organization. “This is part of a concerted program to educate Hispanic children in the United States, and to help the United States make the transition into a bicultural society this century. It is a way of understanding that Mexican culture is expanding across the border, that it is in ascendance, and that Hispanic and Latino children in the United States will never be blond, blue-eyed Anglos.”

Mexico’s efforts are part of a subtle program, one that traces its origins to the presidency of Jose Lopez Portillo, who governed 1976-1982. A university professor before entering politics, Lopez Portillo feared that English would dominate Mexican business life. To defend the integrity of Spanish, he launched a program called “Palabra,” or “Word,” that sought to inculcate an appreciation for the Spanish language.

This campaign proved so successful that as Mexican television and radio programs began to be exported throughout the Spanish-speaking world, “Mexican” Spanish began to emerge as the “standard” spoken Spanish. This process was not unlike what occurred in the United States in the mid-twentieth century. As the CBS, NBC and ABC broadcast companies established national networks, regional accents – the Southern drawl, the New England clip – gave way to a “neutral” English, exemplified best by Walter Cronkite and Johnny Carson, both of Midwestern stock. It is this “Nebraska” accent that is the “standard” English for the national networks, and local reporters who want to make it in the big league have to drop their regional accents in favor of “Nebraska” English.

Similarly, in Latin America, it is “Mexican” Spanish that is the neutral accent, and reporters from Buenos Aires to Madrid, New York to Lima, have to speak in this manner if they want to make it in the big league.

Emboldened by this success, Mexico’s subtle, but ambitious, effort to emerge as the leading cultural force in the Hispanic world accelerated. In 1989, president Carlos Salinas launched the “Paisano Program,” designed to assist Mexicans, and their U.S.-born children, increase their cultural, social and political literacy about Mexico. This program not only reached out to Mexicans living in the United States, but it also helped them resist assimilation into the American mainstream, something seen as desirable, since Hispanics find Anglo culture cold and distant, fraught with ruined families and strained social relations. The alienating nature of American society, first exposed by David Riesman in his groundbreaking book, The Lonely Crowd, was a fate Mexico wanted to spare her children living on the other side of the border.

Mexico is intent on fighting “Latino Cultural Illiteracy,” or what happens to good Hispanics who grow up ignorant of their culture. Vicente Fox called Mexicans who emigrated to the United States in search of work “heroes,” and launched the Program for Mexican Communities Abroad as a set of policies for empowering the Mexican Diaspora. What has alarmed Mexican officials is the loss of Spanish fluency among the children born to Mexicans in the United States.

“These ‘Latinos’ are incapable of reading Spanish more complicated than what one finds on a Taco Bell menu,” an official at the Mexican Consulate in New York said. “We want them to be fluent in Spanish, so they can be successful both in the United States and in Mexico.”

Mexicans blame this cultural alienation – not being fluent in Spanish, not being entirely accepted by their Anglo compatriots – as one reason why Hispanic youth drop out of school, resort to substance abuse, join gangs and end up in prison. An example of their cultural and linguistic illiteracy is seen among gang members. When two gangs in conflict reach an agreement to cease hostilities, there is a word for this. In English, it is “truce.” In Spanish, it is “truega.”

Latino illiterate gang members, who are fluent in neither English nor Spanish, use the word “trucha.” “Hey, bro’ there’s a trucha” makes as much sense to an English speaker as “Oye, ‘mano, hay trucha” does to a Spanish speaker.
This cultural and linguistic ignorance is what Mexico is striving to address.

“Reaching out to young Hispanics in their formative years, and while they’re in public school is the way to go,” Raquel Romero said. “Mexico has to be there for them, reminding them that they come from a great civilization, and can be proud of their who they are, and where their families come from.”

That Mexicans should be proud of Spanish offends some American conservatives, however. “In U.S. areas with large Hispanic (including illegal) populations, the Mexican consul donates to the local public schools the same textbooks that are used in every elementary school in Mexico, grades one through six,” Phyllis Schlafly wrote in her article “Is it Assimilation or Invasion?” which was widely circulated among nativist organizations. “The books, written in Spanish and including all academic subjects, teach that America ‘stole’ the southwest from Mexico and that Mexico is entitled to take it back.”

The books, correctly, point out that the United States reneged in its obligations under the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo which ended the Mexican-American War in 1848 when the U.S. Congress established a commission to review property titles in 1851, designed to expropriate the land of Mexican nationals who were now living in U.S. territory.

The cultural importance of Spanish was an idea that defined Vicente Fox’s term as president, from 2000 to 2006. Two months before taking office in 2000, speaking before the Congress of the Spanish Language in Madrid, Fox exhorted Mexicans in the United States to speak Spanish. Fox said, “To continue speaking Spanish in the United States is to ‘hacer patria’ (fulfill one’s patriotic duty).”

They have done just that: the United States has the fastest-growing Spanish-speaking population in the world. Felipe Calderon, Mexico’s new president, has moved forcefully, ordering that Mexican diplomatic missions throughout the United States reach out to America’s failing public schools and assess their educational needs.

Mexican American folklorist Américo Paredes has called what we are witnessing as “Greater Mexico” – achieved one textbook at a time. While Americans may fret that Johnny Can’t Read, Mexico wants to make sure that Juanito Pueda Leer.

Ten Things You Must Understand About War

War is a scourge against humankind. This article outlines ten major reasons why war should be opposed by all people of conscience. Please note that I passionately and unequivocally defend the principle behind the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution (indeed, all ten amendments of the Bill of Rights). I would defend my home and family from invader and harm should such a horrible thing ever happen and will teach my son to do likewise. I value human life and believe every person has worth. In ordinary circumstances, who would not feel similarly lest they were a control-freak or psychopath?

I must admit that I have no experience with war. I do not in any way wish to chastise or demean those who enlisted – most did out of true conviction. The article is an attempt to share what I understand about war economically, morally, and philosophically. I rely on the wisdom of those who have experienced the horrors of war and the warnings they have left us to heed (see here, as a stark example). We do these men a great disservice when we ignore what they told us about their experiences.

I ask that you get past the tough-guy machismo vomited by the corporate-promoted armchair chicken hawks. Understand that being an individual . . . a real man . . . a real woman . . . requires being able to think for yourself. A pawn eats the propaganda wholesale, goes out to the battlefield, and slaughters strangers. A true individual ignores insignias, ignores symbols, recognizes propaganda, sees reality for what it is, and faces it. If you are a critically thinking individual--a true INDIVIDUAL--not a pawn, then read and reflect on these ten reasons to oppose war. Whether you wear a uniform or a party dress, combat boots or flip flops, anyone who believes in the principle of human liberty, please take heed.

1) War brings out the worst in humanity. Not only must otherwise rational people make unfathomable decisions about loyalty, life, and death, but the bureaucracy that must be put in place to prepare one for this experience must be looked at with considerable jaundice.

2) War is the ultimate big government program. Bureaucratic decision making for every aspect of the endeavor with its full array of economic destruction – waste, misallocation, inefficiency, deteriorating quality . . . Spec requirements devoid of consideration for human needs driving the creation of every product, factory, building, and activity . . . . Masses of humans looked at as nothing more than resources to be exploited.

3) War sucks the wealth out of the economy. In ages past, kings, rulers, and emperors who went to war had a war chest (quite literally a chest containing real coin taken from the populace as taxes). If the war went on too long, the war chest became depleted and the noble king had no way to pay his forces - better find some local villages to plunder . . . . In modern times, many of us seem to harbor the belief that war "stimulates the economy." Ah, the magic of fiat money mixed with the fantasies of a Fabian Socialist . . . . I ask you, reader, how is it that war once depleted a King's war chest, yet in modern times allegedly creates prosperity? Dr. Ron Paul debunks the myth quite completely and eloquently, for those interested. No, WWII did NOT get us out of the Depression.

4) War foments hatred and creates the conditions for the next one - It makes us less safe. No better example exists in mainstream history than that of Germany in the 20th Century. Germany , subjected to great financial hardship by France and Britain after WWI, had little problem whipping their populace into anger at these nations in the years after the war. Wars ultimately solve nothing, except the "problem" of how to create the conditions for the next one. Now, in a 4GW world, traditional military tactics and occupation methods are doomed. War in this scenario creates the conditions that incubate atrocity--a hidden enemy stalking young soldiers--constant tension and frustration grow while morale wanes. Confusion, delusion, rage, and fear coalesce into a greatly increased probability of the shedding of innocent blood by once good people.

5) "Ninety-eight percent of the participants in war are casualties. The other two percent are psychopaths." Reflect on this statement. How can anyone witness the utter horror of war and not be affected? In what insanity do we as a people indulge when we send our children into this psychological hell called war?

6) With a few very notable exceptions, war never was nor is waged for the reasons disseminated to the public. You may dismiss such a statement as "conspiracy" (which is EXACTLY what it is describing), but the historical facts cannot be denied for those who simply do the research. Here are a few examples:

The American Civil War
- Lie: The Civil War was fought by forward thinking Northerners led by a principled, heroic master statesman to free black people from the chattel slavery system of backward, evil Southerners;
- Truth: The Civil War, more accurately referred to as The War to Prevent Southern Independence (it was not technically a civil war), was fought to ultimately unite the country under a single mercantilist/corporatist financial system making economic slaves out of the entire population. Lincoln, an ardent supporter of "Whig" style mercantilism and high tariffs, essentially threatened in his first inaugural address to send Federal troops to occupy the South if Southern states refused to collect his high import tariff. The South, highly dependent on foreign trade and cognizant of the blessings of free trade, refused and chose to secede. Some upper Southern states such as Virginia opted against secession until Lincoln sent soldiers south. For more information, see the writings of Thomas DiLorenzo, especially his poignant article about what Europe was saying about the war while it took place.
WWI
- Lie: America needed to enter the war to make the world safe for democracy. Germany was raping and slaughtering women and children in neutral nations.
- Truth: The Morgan and Rockefeller banking interests had designs on ushering in their New World Order. They used American financial and military power to prolong the war for the purposes of mass debt enslavement and the destruction of old cultural systems (see here and here, for instance). Through their inside man "Colonel House," a close confidant of Woodrow Wilson, Wilson was swayed into promoting American entrance into WWI to prevent Allied defeat and subsequent defaulting on their massive loans. Churchill, the lackey of the banking elite, masterminded the effort to get America into the war across the Atlantic - he orchestrated the conditions for the Lusitania sinking, among other despicable acts later. The big banks also had in mind the creation of a world government body (the ill-fated League of Nations ). See, as but a single example, here or The Illusion of Victory: America in World War I.
WWII
- Lie: America was minding its own business when the Japanese attacked the U.S. without provocation, completely surprising the American government and military.
- Truth: The US manipulated and provoked a Japanese attack to ensure a catalyzing event occurred that would ignite war fever in the US populace. WWII opened the floodgates for communism, a socio-political "experiment" devised and financed by British and American financial and cultural elite, to spread over half the world. This activity was done in the interest of their tried-and-true method of social change--the dialectic. Communism was designed to be the "antithesis" to the capitalist "thesis." As but one example where they noble myth of US involvement in WWII breaks down: FDR signed the death warrants of tens of thousands of Russian refuges and POWS in US captivity by sending them back to Stalin knowing what their fate would be (or for a more powerful discussion, see here). Though Hitler's horrifying activities against the Jews were finally ceased, the industrial engine behind Hitler's war machine, IG Farben, merely split into subsidiaries, many of which continue today with elite support. IG Farben was split after the company was indicted in the Nuremberg Trials. You might also like to know who was involved with supplying IG Farben and profiting from NAZI activities; OH YES!
Operation Iraqi Freedom
- Lie: Saddam had weapons of mass destruction.
- Gross Misconception (insinuated, but I don't believe the administration ever came out and actually said it): Saddam was responsible for the Sept 11, 2001 attacks.
- Lie: Saddam acquired "yellow cake" from Nigeria.
- Lie: Saddam had a fleet of drones that could drop chemical weapons on Americans.
- Truth: Saddam was pricing his oil in euros, threatening the dollar. Saddam did not have an economy controlled by the international banking elite. The neoconservative Project for a New American Century as well as elitist goons like Zbigniew Brzezynsky identified Iraq as the staging ground for controlling the Middle East.

7) War is the tool that provides the world's psychopathic social engineers the quickest method of making changes in societies the people would otherwise never accept, including their agenda to destroy the family, control education for indoctrination purposes, all to herald in their utopia--a new world order. See Norman Dodd's jawdropping interview as but one example.

8) War robs humanity of human potential - future poets, artists, achievers, teachers snuffed out. Being a huge Tolkien fanatic, I often wonder how awful the world would be without Tolkien's magnificent stories. What if he, a veteran of the horrifying trench warfare of WWI, took a bullet, or had a visit from a mortar shell, or inhaled a little nerve gas. What a tragedy for the world, for the millions of people Tolkien has touched, had that happened. Is it such a stretch to wonder, what other Tolkiens, Bocelli's, Petrucci's, or Mises' has the world lost? A sobering, tragic thing to contemplate.

10) War diverts the expertise of millions of brilliant minds into the activities of destruction and killing, or at least into production activities that benefit no one but government bureaucracies. I see this firsthand being an engineer myself. So many of the great people I respect at my job I wish were doing things that added wealth, that added to humanity. It breaks my heart to think the product of so much creative genius benefits ultimately the destruction of life or wealth.

Spare me your misguided ideas about which tyranny I’d be living under if “we” didn’t send fighting men (and women) all over the world. Spare me your “love it or leave” nonsense about the “land of the free.” Spare me about how many jobs “we” would lose if “we” lost government contracts. And for the love of all that is humane, cast the phrase “war is good for business” out of your conscience.

I regret that this discussion delves into areas of history that many people will reject out of hand as conspiracy. It's an amazing study of psychology to consider why and how this rejection takes place. I would have myself not long ago. For those who still cling to some semblance of critical thinking, some flickering flame of individuality, I hope these ten reasons to oppose war gave you some insight into our human condition.

Alex Jones was joined on air yesterday (MP3) by Ed Brown to discuss his ongoing case to fight charges of tax evasion. Mr Brown and his wife have not filed or paid federal income taxes since 1997, citing the fact that there is no law that stipulates American citizens have to pay income taxes. Prosecutors claim (based upon arbitrary figures provided by the IRS) that the couple "owes" $625,000 in taxes. A jury agreed in court on Thursday the 18th of January.

Mr Brown described the actions of the authorities against him over the past two years:

"We thought they'd be here ten years ago, they came in ten years later in November of 2004. They arrived with twenty-eight approximate personel. Twenty of them were CID, IRS, two US Marshals and one postal officer. They had up on the hill a sniper with three observers, two state troopers backing them up behind them and one state trooper across the street. Everybody was armed and everybody had body armour.

We were waiting for them to do this because we already knew there was no law for the tax, but we couldn't just go in there and sue them, it wouldn't work, the courts would just dismiss it."

The authorities entered his property, questioned Brown and downloaded information from his computer.

Following these actions, Brown filed a tort against four officials that were in charge of the operation he described. It was turned over to the United States district court who in turn transferred the case to the federal court. Mr Brown notified them that there was no federal jurisdiction involved in the case. Eventually the case was dismissed and six months later Brown says he was arrested and physically assaulted by police officers.

Brown was not served with an arrest warrant, was not given any counsel and was unlawfully dragged away and thrown into a holding cell. Brown was then hauled before a United States district Judge who proceeded to serve him with papers. The judge asked Brown how he pleaded, whilst Brown was still unaware of what it was he was being charged with.

After a court appointed attorney pleaded not guilty without any consultation with Mr Brown, he was then told that he could not be released unless he turned over the firearms he keeps at home. Brown relented and allowed the authorities to take the guns from his house, an opportunity they seized upon as an excuse to raid Brown's house and take anything they could find.

Mr. Brown’s wife, Elaine, was convicted Jan. 18 as well. Both are due to be sentenced April 24.

Mr. Brown had been in court with Mrs. Brown Jan. 9-11 but stopped attending on the grounds that the process seemed like a “kangaroo court” in which Judge McAuliffe obstructed him from bringing in the evidence and/or witnesses to argue his point that there is no law requiring payment of an unapportioned direct tax, such as the federal income tax, on the labor of American workers, including he and his wife.

As American Free Press has reported:

The judge’s decision to disallow evidence and witnesses for the defendants—along with his notes to the jury that he would not allow Mr. Brown to try and persuade the jurors on the validity of his claims that there is no law requiring payment of income tax on labor—are examples cited by those in the national movement to pass ballot initiatives to reign in judicial corruption. These advocates say it is just such an apparent violation of due process that creates the need for these initiatives.

Mr Brown cited Aaron Russo's recent massive hit film, America: Freedom to Fascism, as an important expose that has focused a great deal more attention on his own case and the unlawful income tax system. The film has exploded back into the google video top 20 as a result of the media coverage of Brown's case. In recent developments Mr Brown agreed to let Fox news conduct an interview in his home on the proviso that the reporters sit down with him and watch the entirety of Russo's film.

Russo expertly exposes the traitorous Federal Reserve Act and the fact that there is no law that stipulates American citizens have to pay income taxes. The ratification of the 16th amendment, also known as the "Tax amendment", represents a fundamental undermining of Constitutional law in America. It is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated against the American people by the elite private banking institutions that have usurped government as an arm of their overall control mechanism.

Russo presents interviews with an impressive range of government officials, IRS special agents , FBI officers, Politicians and tax attorneys who have researched and subsequently campaigned against the Federal Reserve Act and thus reveals why the IRS is an illegal foundation.

The income tax does not meet either criteria of Constitutionally legal taxation in America, that is direct apportioned tax or indirect uniform tax. The IRS claims that the 16th Amendment allowed for a third form of taxation, however, the supreme court ruling on the amendment states that it allows for no new forms of taxation. More supreme court cases in the same period confirm the same conclusion. The 16th Amendment did not allow the Federal Government to levy a new tax, thus there is no Constitutional basis for the income tax.

While the AP have described Ed Brown as being "holed up" and "barricaded" in his "compound" like some kind of dangerous extremist, he is in fact simply refusing to leave his house. Friends and well wishers have been gathering to support Mr Brown at his home in New Hampshire. He expects that federal agents will wait until the media coverage of his case has died down before attempting to forcibly enter his home to arrest him.

“Live free or die.” Brown told listeners as he declared he was a man of the creator and the slave of no man.

The 200^th anniversary of the birth of Robert E. Lee occurs on January 19^th, and this year the number and variety of Lee celebrations may set a new record. In Britain, the American Civil War Round Table will hold a series of lectures honoring General Lee during the month of January. In America, commemorative events are planned throughout the year.

Lee celebrations have proliferated in recent years despite demands for the removal of Lee memorabilia by local chapters of the NAACP and other militant groups. The self-serving rhetoric of these groups has provoked others to commit acts of vandalism resulting in the smashing of Lee statuary and the firebombing of murals containing depictions of the General.

Lee admirers are sorely disappointed by the capitulations of elected officials to demands by these belligerent activists. Rather than making an effort to defend Lee memorabilia or allowing the public to decide its fate, many elected officials have simply caved in to removal demands, often covertly eliminating Lee tributes to avoid public recriminations – such was the case when then Texas Governor, George W. Bush conspired with his crony, Texas Supreme Court Justice, Albert Gonzales, to have a Robert E. Lee plaque furtively removed from the Texas Supreme Court building on a weekend when the Court was not in session.

Regrettably, Bush’s deceitful act is typical of many of our politicians. They are ruled by political expediency, and will not do anything that has not been scrutinized by spin doctors who evaluate how interest groups might react; how media will respond, or what the potential impact on political careers might be. So what we get is a committee-sanctioned maneuver designed to conceal the politician’s true actions or to allow him to give the appearance of having taken a stand without actually doing so.

Our leaders were not always so weak-willed in prior generations. And, I maintain, they had a better grasp of history than today’s crop of obsequious political hacks. As an illustration, I offer a letter from President Eisenhower written in response to a critic. The complainant’s letter, dated August 1, 1960, takes issue with President Eisenhower’s expressed admiration for Robert E. Lee and reads as follows:

Dear Mr. President:

"At the Republican Convention I heard you mention that you have the pictures of four (4) great Americans in your office, and that included in these is a picture of Robert E. Lee.

I do not understand how any American can include Robert E. Lee as a person to be emulated, and why the President of the United States of America should do so is certainly beyond me.

The most outstanding thing that Robert E. Lee did was to devote his best efforts to the destruction of the United States Government, and I am sure that you do not say that a person who tries to destroy our Government is worthy of being hailed as one of our heroes.

Will you please tell me just why you hold him in such high esteem?"

To his credit, President Eisenhower did not embarrass his correspondent by correcting his extraordinary misreading of American history but simply explained why he held Robert E. Lee in such high regard.

Respecting your August 1 inquiry calling attention to my often expressed admiration for General Robert E. Lee, I would say, first, that we need to understand that at the time of the War Between the States the issue of Secession had remained unresolved for more than 70 years. Men of probity, character, public standing and unquestioned loyalty, both North and South, had disagreed over this issue as a matter of principle from the day our Constitution was adopted.

General Robert E. Lee was, in my estimation, one of the supremely gifted men produced by our Nation. He believed unswervingly in the Constitutional validity of his cause which until 1865 was still an arguable question in America; he was thoughtful yet demanding of his officers and men, forbearing with captured enemies but ingenious, unrelenting and personally courageous in battle, and never disheartened by a reverse or obstacle. Through all his many trials, he remained selfless almost to a fault and unfailing in his belief in God. Taken altogether, he was noble as a leader and as a man, and unsullied as I read the pages of our history.

From deep conviction I simply say this: a nation of men of Lee’s caliber would be unconquerable in spirit and soul. Indeed, to the degree that present-day American youth will strive to emulate his rare qualities, including his devotion to this land as revealed in his painstaking efforts to help heal the nation’s wounds once the bitter struggle was over, we, in our own time of danger in a divided world, will be strengthened and our love of freedom sustained.

Such are the reasons that I proudly display the picture of this great American on my office wall.

When we compare Eisenhower’s actions with the behavior of our current politicians, we can only feel a sense of loss. Today’s elected officials have been so intimidated by the politically correct pestilence that has infected our nation that they would never casually express an opinion on any subject for fear that it might offend someone, somewhere. But President Eisenhower belonged to another generation, and his respectful response to his obtuse critic is what we would have expected from a man who had Robert E. Lee as a role-model. Certainly, it would be hard to find a better role-model than Robert E. Lee, a noble Christian gentleman who continues to inspire Americans almost 140 years after his death.

Enough of this pussyfooting: It's time to impeach.

Not just Bush: Bush and Cheney. Both belong behind bars, not just for high crimes and misdemeanors against the Constitution of the United States but for war crimes and murder on an international scale.

Try them in the Senate and then ship them to the Hague to be tried as war criminals and for the deaths of each American soldier and Iraqi civilian in their illegal and immoral invasion of Iraq.

But let's not stop there: Arrest Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld as co-conspirators in a plot to destroy the Democratic Republic of the United States of America. Add, as fellow conspirators, every member of Congress who voted to authorize Bush's dirty little war and who voted for the rights-robbing USA Patriot Act the fist time around and/or extension of that vile law the second time.

America is a country out of control, led by a government that doesn't listen to its people. Bush, on national television Sunday night, admitted he doesn't much care what the American people think about him or his war. He's going to do whatever he damn well pleases because he knows no one has the power or the balls to stop him.
Sadly, he's right. Bush consolidated his power by leveraging a shell-shocked, Republican-led Congress after 9/11 to give him everything he wanted. Democrats share the blame. Most of them also voted for the war and for the USA Patriot Act.

The Republican leadership may be gone but the Democrats who replaced them aren't listening to the voters who put them into power. They talk lamely of non-binding resolutions against the war, hearings ad infinitum and the standard political rhetoric that has, for too long, replaced any real leadership in the halls of Congress.

The time has come to stop talking. The time has come to act. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi must remove the shackles from her colleagues who want to impeach a President who has, with the help of Congress, overthrown the government of this country and established - for all practical purposes - a dictatorship that answers to no one.

If Pelosi refuses to act, then let her term as Speaker be a short one and put the reign of the party of the jackass into mothballs when our turn comes again at the ballot box. The Republicans failed and the Democrats seem destined to follow. Let's scrap the two-party system in this country and look elsewhere for our leaders. Perhaps a third party or perhaps no party. The political system in America is an outmoded, scandal-ridden, corrupt dinosaur that no longer listens to the will of the people or cares a rat's ass about the nation.

Bush must go. So must Cheney. And if the Congress won't do the job, then they must go too.

The only real questions are how and how soon? Can Americans afford to wait until 2008 to lance the festering boils on the body politic?

I'm not sure we can.

Will Plainfield be another Waco?

In defending themselves against a federal government they claim is operating outside the government's jurisdiction, Ed and Elaine Brown have filed 42 motions in Concord, New Hampshire's, US District Court and had every one denied. The couple then spent three days in court last week listening to the federal government try to build an income tax case against them.

"Of course the government failed. They didn't prove a thing. There's nothing to prove. We didn't violate a statute because there is no statute, and they don't even have jurisdiction. In fact, the court is operating out of a building that New Hampshire never ceded to the federal government--as the law requires in order to have jurisdiction over anyone who has ever been tried in that court!"

But it gets worse. When Judge McAuliffe gave the Browns a draft copy of the jury instructions he planned to deliver at the end of the trial, the contents convinced Ed Brown that McAuliffe would never let him present the kind of defense he planned.

Ed Brown called me on Saturday evening and said that it was clearly pointless for them to go back into that courtroom, and they will not go. Consequently, he fully expects an armed assault by law enforcement at his home on Tuesday, which he and his friend Michael believe will result in a Waco-type scenario. Quipped Michael, "At least we'll be warm."

Ed Brown said he had one simple message for America: "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country."

Jews have been the driving force behind legalizing abortion in (formerly) Christian countries, such as the United States, France, England, Canada, et al. But in some Western nations, the people still have a modicum of common sense, and refuse to allow Jews to get rich performing their favorite pastime: Jewish ritual killing of Christian babies.

The Jews were obviously frustrated by their inability to practice infanticide in every country of the West. However, the people who invented the word chutzpah were not going to let quaint things like laws, morals, or respect for life get in the way of their fun. As expected, they came up with the perfect solution to satisfy their infanticidal needs: abortion ships that dock in countries where abortion is illegal. Kind of like riverboat casinos anchored permanently on the Mississippi, circumventing anti-gambling laws in the surrounding states.

The pro-abortion group typically anchors the boat in international waters, where the nation’s laws don’t apply. There, abortion activists are free to do abortions, give women the dangerous RU-486 abortion drug or hand out the morning after pill.

Jewess Rebecca Gomperts, foundress of Women on Waves (Jewish Murderers at Sea), will be sailing down to Argentina in 2007, after being roundly rejected there in 2004. One wonders what could motivate such “humanitarian” tenacity? Perhaps we can discern her motivation by examining the countries in which she chooses to conduct her “works of mercy”. You can catch the hint right here:

The crew … tried to sail for the Portuguese shore … in September 2004 but the Catholic country’s top officials called on a naval vessel to block the ship and prevent it from docking at a harbor in the northern part of the country.

Bitch-slapped out of Portugal, Gomperts must have been despondent at the thought of all those live babies in utero, threatening to be born intact. But she quickly put on her Talmudic thinking-cap, conspired with her tribesmen, and got to speak on Portuguese television. This is my favorite part. It tells you all you need to know about the Jewish mindset:

So, not content simply to murder babies on shore in most Christian countries, Jews now troll the high seas, seeking out babies who might otherwise escape the kosher cuisinart. Why not give free abortions in Haifa or Brooklyn, one is tempted to ask? But the answer to that would be obvious to anyone with cajones enough to call a spade a spade - or a Jew a Jew, as it were.

The ending of the article provides more evidence of the true motivation behind their maritime endeavors:

The abortion boat traveled to Poland in 2003 and Ireland in 2001.

They deliberately choose countries in which to kill en masse their most hated, historical enemies, extirpating those genes forever. According to the Geneva Conventions, this is known as “genocide”. But then, that term only applies to Jewish victims, even when said “genocide” never actually occurred.

Let’s see now: Poland, Argentina, Ireland and Portugal. What do these countries have in common?

Argentina, by the way, is an extremely sophisticated South American country. And no one considers Portugal, Poland or Ireland third-world countries. So the problem can’t be poverty or over-population.

Only in a post-Catholic world could people be dumbed-down enough to pay for the privilege of allowing their children to be used in Jewish ritual killings. And they don’t even reimburse us for the sanguinary additive to their matzo balls!

Up here, in the Northern Plains, we just recovered
from a Historic event--- may I even say a "Weather
Event" of "Biblical Proportions" --- with a historic
blizzard of up to 44" inches of snow and winds to 90
MPH that broke trees in half, knocked down utility
poles, stranded hundreds of motorists in lethal snow
banks, closed ALL roads, isolated scores of
communities and cut power to 10's of thousands.

FYI:

George Bush did not come.

FEMA did nothing.

No one howled for the government.

No one blamed the government.

No one even uttered an expletive on TV .

Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton did not visit.

Our Mayor did not blame Bush or anyone else.

Our Governor did not blame Bush or anyone else,
either.

CNN, ABC, CBS, FOX or NBC did not visit - or
report on this category 5 snowstorm. Nobody
demanded $2,000 debit cards.

No one asked for a FEMA Trailer House.

No one looted.

Nobody - I mean Nobody demanded the government do
something.

Nobody expected the government to do anything,
either.

No Larry King, No Bill O'Reilly, No Oprah, No
Chris Mathews and No Geraldo Rivera.

No Sean Penn, No Barbara Streisand, No Hollywood
types to be found.

Nope, we just melted the snow for water.

Sent out caravans of SUV's to pluck people out of
snow engulfed cars.

The truck drivers pulled people out of snow banks
and didn't ask for a penny.

Local restaurants made food and the police and
fire departments delivered it to the snowbound
families.
Families took in the stranded people - total
strangers.

We fired up wood stoves, broke out coal oil
lanterns or Coleman lanterns.

We put on extra layers of clothes because up here
it is "Work or Die".

We did not wait for some affirmative action
government to get us out of a mess created by being
immobilized by a welfare program that trades votes
for 'sittin at home' checks.

Even though a Category "5" blizzard of this scale
has never fallen this early, we know it can happen
and how to deal with it ourselves.

"In my many travels, I have noticed that once one
gets north of about 48 degrees North Latitude, 90%
of the world's social problems evaporate."

It does seem that way, at least to me.

I hope this gets passed on.

Maybe SOME people will get the message. The world

Arming Iraq: A Chronology of U.S. Involvement

What follows is an accurate chronology of United States involvement in the arming of Iraq during the Iraq-Iran war 1980-88. It is a powerful indictment of the president Bush administration attempt to sell war as a component of his war on terrorism. It reveals US ambitions in Iraq to be just another chapter in the attempt to regain a foothold in the Mideast following the fall of the Shah of Iran.

Arming Iraq and the Path to War
A crisis always has a history, and the current crisis with Iraq is no exception. Below are some relevant dates.

September, 1980. Iraq invades Iran. The beginning of the Iraq-Iran war. [8]

February, 1982. Despite objections from congress, President Reagan removes Iraq from its list of known terrorist countries. [1]

December, 1982. Hughes Aircraft ships 60 Defender helicopters to Iraq. [9]

1982-1988. Defense Intelligence Agency provides detailed information for Iraq on Iranian deployments, tactical planning for battles, plans for air strikes and bomb damage assessments. [4]

November, 1983. A National Security Directive states that the U.S would do "whatever was necessary and legal" to prevent Iraq from losing its war with Iran. [1] & [15]

November, 1983. Banca Nazionale del Lavoro of Italy and its Branch in Atlanta begin to funnel $5 billion in unreported loans to Iraq. Iraq, with the blessing and official approval of the US government, purchased computer controlled machine tools, computers, scientific instruments, special alloy steel and aluminum, chemicals, and other industrial goods for Iraq's missile, chemical, biological and nuclear weapons programs. October, 1983. The Reagan Administration begins secretly allowing Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt to transfer United States weapons, including Howitzers, Huey helicopters, and bombs to Iraq. These shipments violated the Arms Export Control Act. [16]

November 1983. George Schultz, the Secretary of State, is given intelligence reports showing that Iraqi troops are daily using chemical weapons against the Iranians. [1]

December 20, 1983. Donald Rumsfeld , then a civilian and now Defense Secretary, meets with Saddam Hussein to assure him of US friendship and materials support. [1] & [15]

July, 1984. CIA begins giving Iraq intelligence necessary to calibrate its mustard gas attacks on Iranian troops. [19]

January 14, 1984. State Department memo acknowledges United States shipment of "dual-use" export hardware and technology. Dual use items are civilian items such as heavy trucks, armored ambulances and communications gear as well as industrial technology that can have a military application. [2]

March, 1986. The United States with Great Britain block all Security Council resolutions condemning Iraq's use of chemical weapons, and on March 21 the US becomes the only country refusing to sign a Security Council statement condemning Iraq's use of these weapons. [10]

May, 1986. The US Department of Commerce licenses 70 biological exports to Iraq between May of 1985 and 1989, including at least 21 batches of lethal strains of anthrax. [3]

May, 1986. US Department of Commerce approves shipment of weapons grade botulin poison to Iraq. [7]

March, 1987. President Reagan bows to the findings of the Tower Commission admitting the sale of arms to Iran in exchange for hostages. Oliver North uses the profits from the sale to fund an illegal war in Nicaragua. [17]

Late 1987. The Iraqi Air Force begins using chemical agents against Kurdish resistance forces in northern Iraq. [1]

February, 1988. Saddam Hussein begins the "Anfal" campaign against the Kurds of northern Iraq. The Iraq regime used chemical weapons against the Kurds killing over 100,000 civilians and destroying over 1,200 Kurdish villages. [8]

April, 1988. US Department of Commerce approves shipment of chemicals used in manufacture of mustard gas. [7]

August, 1988. Four major battles were fought from April to August 1988, in which the Iraqis massively and effectively used chemical weapons to defeat the Iranians. Nerve gas and blister agents such as mustard gas are used. By this time the US Defense Intelligence Agency is heavily involved with Saddam Hussein in battle plan assistance, intelligence gathering and post battle debriefing. In the last major battle with of the war, 65,000 Iranians are killed, many with poison gas. Use of chemical weapons in war is in violation of the Geneva accords of 1925. [6] & [13]

August, 1988. Iraq and Iran declare a cease fire. [8]

August, 1988. Five days after the cease fire Saddam Hussein sends his planes and helicopters to northern Iraq to begin massive chemical attacks against the Kurds. [8]

September, 1988. US Department of Commerce approves shipment of weapons grade anthrax and botulinum to Iraq. [7]

September, 1988. Richard Murphy, Assistant Secretary of State: "The US-Iraqi relationship is... important to our long-term political and economic objectives." [15]

December, 1988. Dow chemical sells $1.5 million in pesticides to Iraq despite knowledge that these would be used in chemical weapons. [1]

July 25, 1990. US Ambassador to Baghdad meets with Hussein to assure him that President Bush "wanted better and deeper relations". Many believe this visit was a trap set for Hussein. A month later Hussein invaded Kuwait thinking the US would not respond. [12]

August, 1990 Iraq invades Kuwait. The precursor to the Gulf War. [8]

July, 1991 The Financial Times of London reveals that a Florida chemical company had produced and shipped cyanide to Iraq during the 80's using a special CIA courier. Cyanide was used extensively against the Iranians. [11]

August, 1991. Christopher Droguol of Atlanta's branch of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro is arrested for his role in supplying loans to Iraq for the purchase of military supplies. He is charged with 347 counts of felony. Droguol is found guilty, but US officials plead innocent of any knowledge of his crime. [14]

June, 1992. Ted Kopple of ABC Nightline reports: "It is becoming increasingly clear that George Bush Sr., operating largely behind the scenes throughout the 1980's, initiated and supported much of the financing, intelligence, and military help that built Saddam's Iraq into [an aggressive power]." [5]

July, 1992. "The Bush administration deliberately, not inadvertently, helped to arm Iraq by allowing U.S. technology to be shipped to Iraqi military and to Iraqi defense factories... Throughout the course of the Bush administration, U.S. and foreign firms were granted export licenses to ship U.S. technology directly to Iraqi weapons facilities despite ample evidence showing that these factories were producing weapons." Representative Henry Gonzalez, Texas, testimony before the House. [18]

February, 1994. Senator Riegle from Michigan, chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, testifies before the senate revealing large US shipments of dual-use biological and chemical agents to Iraq that may have been used against US troops in the Gulf War and probably was the cause of the illness known as Gulf War Syndrome. [7]

August, 2002. "The use of gas [during the Iran-Iraq war] on the battle field by the Iraqis was not a matter of deep strategic concern... We were desperate to make sure that Iraq did not lose". Colonel Walter Lang, former senior US Defense Intelligence officer tells the New York Times. [4]

This chronology of the United States' sordid involvement in the arming of Iraq can be summarized in this way: The United States used methods both legal and illegal to help build Saddam's army into the most powerful army in the Mideast outside of Israel. The US supplied chemical and biological agents and technology to Iraq when it knew Iraq was using chemical weapons against the Iranians. The US supplied the materials and technology for these weapons of mass destruction to Iraq at a time when it was know that Saddam was using this technology to kill his Kurdish citizens. The United States supplied intelligence and battle planning information to Iraq when those battle plans included the use of cyanide, mustard gas and nerve agents. The United States blocked UN censure of Iraq's use of chemical weapons. The United States did not act alone in this effort. The Soviet Union was the largest weapons supplier, but England, France and Germany were also involved in the shipment of arms and technology.

You may have been shocked by Ted Pike’s recent expose of permission-for-pedophilia in the Babylonian Talmud. He quotes passages directly from the Talmud that sanction sex with boys under the age of 9 or girls under the age of 3-1/2 (See, Pedophilia: The Talmud's Dirty Secret). Apparently, rabbis liked to molest small children a few thousand years ago.

Worse, they still like and excuse it today.

The leftist Jewish blogosphere buzzed recently with an eyewitness account from Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg of child molestation in gay bathhouses in Jerusalem. This report has been circulated on popular Jewish blogs, including jewschool (“Mishegaas,” Nov. 12) and failedmessiah (“For Marvin Schick: Mikva Man-on-Boy Abuse,” Nov. 10).

Jewish blog Chaptzem was first to post scans of Rosenberg’s eyewitness reports (in Yiddish and Hebrew). He tells of seeing 7- and 8-year-old boys sexually abused in the sauna of a mikvah, a bathhouse where Orthodox Jews undergo ritual purification (http://chaptzem.blogspot.com/2005/08/mikvah-expert-nuchem-rosenberg-blasts.html).

Rabbi Rosenberg, who is a world-traveling mikvah expert, expressed horror and grief at the sight. He said when he went to the religious authorities in Jerusalem they refused to act, saying the bathhouse pedophiles give them money to subsidize mikvahs.

“If this place would be in America,” wrote Rosenberg, “all the participants would be in jail, and even according to the laws of the Zionist government, such a place would be closed down. But here, in the holy city of Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), in beis zupnik, the mikvah remains open and everything is permissible.”

Most Jewish readers who commented on the failedmessiah post accept the authority of Rosenberg’s account. One wrote, “While what he writes seems extreme, it matches what many abuse victims claim.”

While dredging the web to research this topic, I stumbled on dozens of comments and even entire blogs written by Orthodox Jews about childhood sexual abuse.

In the eighties, Orthodox Rabbi Ephraim Byrks was accused of sexually molesting women, boys, and girls in Canada. He was sheltered and defended by his Orthodox community in Winnipeg, and in 1990 he accepted a position as principal of a Jewish day school in Montreal and from there went to New York and started another Torah school.

In 1993, one of Byrks’ victims, 17-year-old Daniel Levin, killed himself. After a documentary (Unorthodox Conduct, 2004, Canadian Broadcasting Corp.) was produced about the suicide, the child-molesting rabbi was forced out of work in the education field.

But within two years, Byrks was back as principal of a Russian elementary boys’ yeshiva in Brooklyn, and later started another Talmud boys’ school in Queens. In 2001, the New York Post published an article by Douglas Montero exposing Byrks as a child molester (“Queens Yeshiva Boss is a Molester: Boy’s Mom,” March 31, 2001). Yet “Once again,” says the Jewish Coalition Against Sexual Abuse/Assault (JCASA), “there wasn’t a tremendous reaction within the Rabbinical or Jewish community.”

Today, Byrks lives as a private citizen and the cases against him remain open, according to JCASA. For a quarter of a century, he was involved in the Rabbinical Council of America (RCA) and he currently serves on the Vaad Harabonim of Queens, a committee responsible for important decisions for the Jewish community.

Is it possible that Orthodox rabbis like Byrks excuse their abuse of children with verses from the Talmud? It’s more than possible; it’s almost a certainty.

One Jewish blogger (http://dovbear.blogspot.com/2006/11/mail-about-mikvaos.html) posted an email that attests, “I personally know of many many boys who were molested in mikva'os.

I am in close contact with an ex-chassidishe young adult who, over time, was raped by at least 10 men; among them, rebbeim, often in mikvaos.”

JCASA also reports on another rabbi, Moshe Eiseman, who was first credibly accused of child molestation 15 years ago yet remains an authority in the Orthodox community in Philadelphia (“Call to Action,” Sept. 3, 2006).

The allegations have been confirmed with numerous victims, reports the Awareness Center. Yet Eiseman remains employed by Ner Israel (a prominent Talmud school in Baltimore) and lives on their campus with access to children.

None of the Jewish bloggers express approval or acceptance for rabbis who rape kids. Most express horror and call for these men to be reported to the authorities. These writers represent the larger Jewish community which is led like sheep by evil leaders. Most Jews don’t even know that their own sacred Talmud sanctions child abuse.

But it does. Rabbinic Judaism is an evil vine dripping with poisonous fruit, “full of all uncleanness,” as Jesus said. And today—in the forms of Zionism, leftist Jewish activism, and Talmudic Judaism—it entangles the lives of 14 million Jews, 1.3 billion Muslims and 2 billion Christians.

Today, evangelical Christians donate millions per year to the state of Israel—most of which is entrusted to the care of rabbinic authorities. Would Christians give so generously if they knew how untrustworthy are the recipients of their gifts? Of course not.

But their ignorance is not easily excused. Both evangelicals and Jews are notorious for closing their minds to the slightest criticism of Jewish leadership—a willful blindness that has enabled Jewish leaders to attain tremendous power. For such partiality, the church will be held accountable, both here and in the hereafter. We will have to answer to God if we subsidize Jerusalem mikvahs where small boys are raped, instead of preaching the sin-reproving gospel that could save Jewish souls.

This isn't about storing silver coins or canned food or getting an AK-47.

It's about saving your soul not your skin. It's about the tendency to obsess on the New World Order, get depressed and become unbearable.

The situation is depressing. A satanic cult controls the credit of the world and rules through myriad proxies. It is determined to destroy civilization and institute an Orwellian police state.

You spend hours every day addictively watching for new developments. Your face is pressed up against the store window of the world.

You are "externalized." You can't go into the kitchen without switching on the radio.

You try to squeeze your sustenance from the world. But much of what you imbibe is poisonous: depravity, corruption, duplicity and tragedy. (Is that the point of the mass media? To demoralize and brutalize?)

Mankind is in the grip of a diabolical force that constantly strives to legitimize itself through deception. You can't overcome this demon. But you still control your personal life. Ultimately, the battle is for the soul of humanity. Why not begin by defending your soul?

This means erecting a wall between the soul, and the world, and establishing a balance between the sacred and the profane. You need to shut out the world (the profane) for set periods of time and focus on what inspires you. That means turning off the TV, Internet and media in general.

Just as you nourish your body with food, you feed your soul with wholesome thoughts, sights and sounds. Your soul reaches out for beauty, grace, harmony, truth and righteousness. You become what you think about.

What lifts your spirit? It might be a long walk, nature, music, book, hobby, sport, or music. It might be time with your family or friends. It might be the Bible, religious writing or meditation.

"Do what you love," Henry David Thoreau said. "Know your own bone; gnaw at it, bury it, unearth it, and gnaw at it still."

You agree with the mystics who say happiness is within. It involves the possession of your self ( i.e. your soul,) and not wanting anything else. By looking outside your self, you displace your soul and become the thing you seek. This is the source of addictive behavior and unhappiness.

The occult elite controls us with sex and money- the North-South of the mind. The courtship stage is a period when sexual feelings are strong so two people will bond and start a family. Sex/romance was not meant to become a permanent preoccupation and panacea. The cult uses it to distract and degrade us while it creates a police state (using the "War on Terror" as a ruse.)

The same is true of money. The stock market is a giant casino addicting millions. The central banking cult has unlimited funds. To make us feel good, (while it trashes civil rights and wages senseless war) it makes the market go up. To fleece us, it crashes the market. Gold is just a shiny stone. Don't be a dupe.

The diabolical powers have been here for a long time. You have discovered their existence only because they signaled the beginning of their endgame on Sept. 11.

Don't let them stunt or degrade you by obsessing on their iniquity. Restore balance by attuning yourself to higher things. Be an outpost of happiness.
